PARTICIPATION & ROLEPLAYING
-
Match Frequency & Deadlines
Expect to wrestle once per week; rare “double‑carding” may occur, especially if you run multiple characters.
Roleplay (RP) deadline: 11:59:59PM Central Time Zone the night before the show. (If it moves, staff will announce it.)
Any roleplays that are timestamped 12:00am during the 1 minute after this deadline will be accepted.
Any roleplays that are timestamped 12:01am or later immediately following the deadline will NOT be accepted.
Any roleplays that are edited after the deadline are immediately disqualified and will not count towards the match.
-
Minimum RP Requirement
At least one RP per booked match—in proper RP format (your in‑character dialogue or narration).
Miss the deadline = you job. Champions who miss a defense lose their title.
Facing a jobber still counts; fail to RP and you still lose.
To join the roster you must post one dark‑match RP first.
-
Special RP Rules
“Gates Rule” (TV Title Division): maximum 3 RPs, each under 15,000 characters (text‑only count in Notepad). Anything above 15k doesn’t count.
If both sides no‑show, the first valid RP posted after the deadline wins.

-
HANDLER, CHARACTER, & TITLE LIMITS
-
Roster Ownership
One handler may control up to 3 active wrestlers plus reasonable managers/interviewers.
Stable size cap: 6 wrestlers.
Hall‑of‑Famers or retired characters can only be used by the handler who earned the induction.
A child character caught in an IC custody dispute disappears until the handlers agree.
-
Championship Caps
A single wrestler may hold only one singles title (plus a share of the Tag Titles).
Across all your characters you may hold no more than two singles titles at once (Tag Titles don’t count toward that cap).
-
Creating or Editing Characters
All new characters, gimmick/image changes, or managers require staff approval first.
-
-
BOOKING, STORYLINES, & INTERFERENCE
-
Winning & Storyline Matches
Most results are judged on RP quality by the staff panel.
If staff label a match Storyline, endings are pre‑set—RPing is encouraged but not mandatory.
NEW: For any other booked match, both handlers may pitch multiple storyline endings, but the real winner is still decided competitively. Single‑ending “storyline matches” can be proposed to staff; they never[/b] override existing bookings or the need to RP unless approved.
-
Run‑Ins / Interference
Email a staff member with details; approval is not guaranteed.
Run‑ins build feuds—they never decide a competitive match finish.
-
Alternate Finishes
Participants may request a DQ or count‑out finish only if everyone RPs with genuine effort (e.g., more than “I’ll beat you”). Otherwise the match reverts to pin/submission.

-
CONDUCT & CONTENT STANDARDS
-
Prohibited Content
Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, slurs of any kind, anti-LGBTQIA+ content, personal attacks, breaking kayfabe, or copying RPs from another fed ⇒ warning or immediate termination (severe racism = instant ban).
Using another handler’s character without permission, or posting graphic sex scenes, is forbidden.
Exception: an X‑rated scene may be linked separately with a clear warning & prior staff approval; it won’t count toward RP focus.
Kayfabe clarification: light‑hearted jokes are fine; malicious OOC swipes are not. Staff—solely the owner if needed—decide intent and penalties.
-
Respect & Advertising
Persistent disrespect toward staff decisions (results, booking, etc.) may bring suspension or termination.
No mass advertising or links directing the roster to outside servers (Discord, other sites). Private PM/email invites to a small group are acceptable.
-
Original Work Only
RPs must be your own!
Anything previously posted in another fed is disqualified.
No plagiarism of anyone else's work.
No AI (Artificial Intelligence) written content. (Trust me, we know.)
-
-
ACTIVITY & FORUM ACCESS
-
Activity Levels
Active RPer: booked regularly and RPs on time.
Inactive RPer: no longer booked but stays involved on the forum (OOC threads, games, etc.).
Suspension: six months after your last booked RP (or immediately if already past six months) your forum account is suspended. All character rights become free unless HOF‑protected.
-
Re‑Applying After Suspension
Rejoin only as an active RPer by sending a fresh application or emailing Prez Mike. After re‑acceptance, stay active for four months before requesting inactive status. Repeat suspensions are reviewed case‑by‑case.
-
Exceptions
Hall of Famers, current staff, members on an approved break, or special‑purpose guests may keep accounts without the activity clock—unless they cause issues.
