EMF: Saturday Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, and then we fade into the Shockwave video.)

(The Shockwave video ends, and we go into the arena as pyrotechnics blasts on the stage. The lights turn on, as fans wave their signs, and yell. Some signs say “Quick, keep this main event off Twitter”, “Is Tazte Paul Heyman?”, and “That’s interesting…”.)

JR-Welcome to Saturday Shockwave, I’m good ol’ JR, Jim Ross, along side Jerry “the King” Lawler, and Kris “KG” Gaffney.

King-And we have a show headlined by the Rock, and John Cena facing off against John Cena.

Kris Gaffney-This will be a big match for both of them.

(“The Fire Rises” blasts on the PA system as the Demon walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring. “I came to play” blasts on the PA system as the Miz stares down the Demon)

JR-Last week the Demon is correct by saying he defeated CM Punk, but this is a bit of a different situation.

King-Yeah, his tag team partner was someone he can…somewhat, sort of trust, The Miz is knocking on the door for his championship.

Kris Gaffney-I’m sure he has thought of that though.

(“Cult of Personality” blasts on the PA system as CM Punk walks to the ring. “Dirty Window” blasts on the PA system as Dan Godwin walks to the ring.)

JR-Talk about an interesting team, these guys have quite the history.

King-Yeah, Godwin lost his first world championship to CM Punk…and I’m not sure if he ever got over it.

Kris Gaffney-Guess not.

[CM Punk and the Demon face off in the middle of the ring, they talk trash. The Demon gets pushed backwards. The Demon laughs it off, and then out of no where, he hits a shot to the face of Dan Godwin. This makes CM Punk for some reason rush in, possibly that he see’s a door opened due to the Demon’s shot, or he really cares that he hit his long time rival. Anyways CM Punk goes for a high kick to the face, but the Demon ducks it, and he pushes off CM Punk to the ropes, he bounces off of the ropes. He comes off of the ropes, and the Demon goes for a clothesline on CM Punk. But CM Punk ducks it, and continues to the opposite side of the ring. He bounces off of the ropes, and CM Punk comes off of the ropes, but the Demon is able to counter this by using CM Punk’s momentum against him, and throwing him up in the air, he falls right back down to the mat crashing down on the mat, and CM Punk is on his knee’s. The Demon comes off of the ropes, and he hits a running knee to the face that knocks down CM Punk down to the mat. CM Punk rolls around on the mat holding his face in pain. The Demon waits for CM Punk to get up to his feet. Once he does CM Punk turns around right into a hard fist to the face. He falls back into the corner, and the Demon hits a hard stomps into the gut that makes the CM Punk fall down into the corner. The Demon puts his boot on the throat of the Straight Edge superstar, and the ref counts to 4. But seemly Dan Godwin is too pissed off to let him to break it himself, he comes into the ring, and he hits a forearm shot to the back of the head. The Demon turns around, and throws a fist to the face, Dan Godwin goes for the eXection. But the Demon grabs a hold of his leg, and Dan Godwin hits a ezuguri that stumbles the Demon. The Demon falls down to one knee, and CM Punk uses this chance to get back to his corner as Dan Godwin is back in the corner. CM Punk makes the tag, Dan Godwin sling shots himself up to the top rope, and leaps off, but out of no where the Demon hits a spear. The Miz wants a tag, so the Demon gives the Miz a tag. The X-Factor is stumbling up to his feet, and once he does, the Miz takes him down with a double leg take down, and he points him in the direction of the nearest turnbuckle. The Miz hits the catapault that sends Dan Godwin flying, and crashing face first on the top turnbuckle. The MIz closes the gap, and the Miz hits a few fists to the face, and once he does got Dan godwin where he wants him. The Miz whips him out of the corner, Dan Godwin crashes into the corner. The Miz measures up, and the Miz hits his clothesline in the corner.]

JR-Dan Godwin might be in trouble here.

King-It was funny how Godwin saved CM Punk there.

Kris Gaffney-Well it probably was due to the attack at the beginning of the match over anything else.

[The Miz goes to the outside of the ring, and he climbs up to the top rope, and he waits for Dan Godwin to get up to his feet, once he does. The Miz leaps off of the top rope, looking for what seems to be a double axe handle. But it’s countered with a atomic drop. The Miz is in a lot of pain, as Dan Godwin as dazed as he is even felt that. But he finally hits a fist to the face that knocks him down on the mat, and the Miz gets up to his feet, and once he does Dan Godwin hits a few knife edge chops to the chest of the Miz. The Miz backs up to the ropes, and then Dan Godwin tries to whip the MIz to the ropes, but it’s reversed by the Miz. Dan Godwin bounces off of the ropes, and then the Miz hits a spinning spine buster to preserve his spot. He turns around, and finds that CM Punk is flying at him with a spring board clothesline off of the top rope, and it connects on the Miz. The Miz gets up to his feet, and he dazed CM Punk hits a spinning kick into the gut that doubles him over, and then he whips him to the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes, and CM Punk goes for a clothesline, but it’s ducked under by the Miz who continues to the other side of the ring. He bounces off of the opposite side of the ring. He comes off of the ropes. The Miz gets hit with a leg lariat that knocks down the Miz, the Miz gets up in the corner, and CM Punk measures up. He charges at the Miz, and he hits a running high knee. He connects on the Miz, and he turns around. CM Punk hooks the Miz, and then he hits a running bulldog, CM Punk calls for the GTS as he waits as the Miz to get up. CM Punk goes for the GTS, but it’s countered by the Miz, sliding out of the back. The Miz goes for a running clothesline, but CM Punk ducks under, the Miz turns around. CM Punk hits a kick to the side of the head that puts down The Miz.]

JR-The momentum has turned here.

King-So far both teams have found a way to stick together.

Kris Gaffney-How long can that last though?

[The Miz waits for CM Punk to get up to his feet, once he gets up to his feet. The Miz goes for The Skull Crushing Finale, but CM Punk is able to counter with a snapmare that sends him on the mat. CM Punk goes for a kick to the face, but it’s ducked, and he hits the ref instead. The ref is down on the mat, and the Miz, and CM Punk hit a double clothesline. Both wrestlers are down on the mat, and slowly the Miz gets up near his corner, and the Demon makes the tag. The Miz turns around, he argues a little bit with the Demon about the tag, but he throws up his hands. The Demon turns around, and suddenly Christian who came from the crowd hits a spear on the Demon! Christian yells at the Demon motions for the TV title, and leaves. CM Punk had made a tag to Dan Godwin who is getting ready for the Demon who is stumbling up to his feet. The Miz comes into the ring, and tries to stop CM Punk trying to get into the picture, he pushes him out of the ring. He goes back to his corner as he see’s the ref starting to get up, but the Demon grabs a hold of the Miz, and brings him into the path of Dan Godwin. Dan Godwin hits the eXecution on the Miz. Godwin looks a little shocked he did this. The Demon school boy’s Dan Godwin, and the ref counts the 1……….2………..3!]

JR-The Demon won for his team, but I don’t think this is going to do him any favors

(the Miz gets up to his feet, and he pushes the Demon. The Demon pushes, back, the two start to brawl as Shockwave goes to commercial, and we come back.)

(“Voices” blasts on the PA system as Randy Orton walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Bourne shouldn’t be looking past Orton, he was a world champion fairly recently.

King-Think the walk is doing anything?

Kris Gaffney-Probably making him hit his TV trying to fix it.

(“Pain” blasts on the PA system as Kevin Bourne walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Kevin Bourne should also not be under estimated.

King-Maybe that’s what happened with Ricky Ramon.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah, anything can happen on any given day.

[Randy Orton and Kevin Bourne pace around the ring, and then they lock up. Kevin Bourne puts Randy Orton into a head lock. Kevin Bourne hits a head lock take down, and he puts the pressure on Randy Orton. Randy Orton looks for a way out of the hold, and once he gets up to his feet. Randy Orton hits a few elbows into the gut that stuns Kevin Bourne, Randy Orton is able to get to the side of Kevin Bourne as he was able to let off some of the pressure of Kevin Bourne. Randy Orton goes for belly to back suplex, but Kevin Bourne is able to roll out of the back, and he runs to the ropes, and comes off of the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, and then he comes off of the ropes with a forearm shot that sends Randy Orton to the mat. Randy Orton gets up to his feet, he charges at Keivn Bourne angry, but Kevin Bourne is able to counter this with a release arm drag that sends him flying to the mat. Kevin Bourne waits for Randy Orton to get up to his feet as he is, Kevin Bourne hits an inverted atomic drop that sends Randy Orton backwards, and Kevin Bourne measures up, and he hits a hard fists to the face that knocks down Randy Orton. Randy Orton goes down on the mat, and slowly he gets up to his feet. Randy Orton gets taken down by Kevin Bourne, Kevin Bourne measures up Randy Orton who is dazed on his feet as he gets up to his feet. Kevin Bourne waits until he turns around. Randy Orton gets taken down by Kevin Bourne with a double leg take down, and then he measures up near the corner. Kevin Bourne hits a catapault that sends Randy Orton flying, and he crashes on the top turnbuckle face first. Kevin Bourne goes to the opposite of the ring. He goes to the opposite corner of where Randy Orton is, Orton turns around, and Kevin Bourne charges at Randy Orton, and he hits a big splash in the corner that crushes Randy Orton the corner. Kevin Bourne waits as Randy Orton gets up to his feet, and once he does, Kevin Bourne goes for the Checkmate, but Randy Orton is able to grab a hold of the ropes. Kevin Bourne crashes into the mat, and slowly he gets up to his feet. Randy Orton goes for the RKO, but Kevin Bourne is able to break Randy Orton’s grip before he executes the move. He then picks up Randy Orton into a belly to back suplex, he drops him into a belly to back suplex that sends him down into a back breaker. Randy Orton is down on the mat in pain. Kevin Bourne climbs up to his feet, he climbs out of the ring. He climbs up to the top turnbuckle, Kevin Bourne leaps off of the top rope, and he jumps off of the top rope. He leaps, he hits a big splash on Randy Orton, he goes into the cover on Randy Orton. The ref counts the 1…………..2……………KICK OUT by Randy Orton before the three count.]

JR-The World Champion is taking it to Randy Orton.

King-Well, what do you think the voices are saying right now?

Kris Gaffney-Do something different…that much is for sure.

[Kevin Bourne questions the count, but doesn’t argue too much, and he puts the focus on Randy Orton who is getting up fairly quickly, and he wants to do something about it. So he goes for the Checkmate once again, but this time Randy Orton is able to throw off Kevin Bourne. Kevin Bourne falls on his feet. He throws a fist to the face of Randy Orton to try to make sure that he still have the advantage in this match. Randy Orton ducks it, hooks Kevin Bourne, and takes him down with a 3.0 back breaker on Kevin Bourne. Kevin Bourne is in pain, and both wrestlers are down on the mat. Randy Orton is obviously the more beat up of the two. Kevin Bourne is the first to get up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. Kevin Bourne charges at Randy Orton. Randy Orton is able to side step him, and throw Kevin Bourne into the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, he comes off of the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, and Randy Orton hits a belly to belly over head throw that sends Kevin Bourne on the mat. Slowly Kevin Bourne gets up to his feet. Once he gets up to his feet, he hits a clothesline that knocks down Kevin Bourne. Kevin Bourne gets up to his feet, he hits a clothesline that knocks down Kevin Bourne once again. Kevin Bourne is now up, but is extremely dazed, he hits a few fists to the face. Randy Orton tries to whip him to the ropes, and then he is successful in doing this, Kevin Bourne bounces off of the ropes. Randy Orton lowers his head for a back boy drop, but Kevin Bourne is able to counter this with a kick to the face. Randy Orton hits a scoop power slam that sends him down on the mat. Randy Orton takes the time to rest up, once he gets up to his feet. Kevin Bourne rolls to the ropes, and gets up with the help of the ropes. Randy Orton charges at Kevin Bourne. Randy Orton charges at Kevin Bourne, Bourne hits a back body drop that sends him on the apron on his feet. Kevin Bourne turns around. Randy Orton hits a hang man that sends him backwards. Kevin Bourne is stumbles around stunned, Randy Orton climbs up to the top rope. He measures up, and he leaps off of the top rope, and he hits a cross body block on Kevin Bourne. Holding Bourne down for the pin 1………..2……..KICK OUT by Kevin Bourne. Now it’s Randy Orton’s time to question the count.]

JR-Randy Orton thought he had that three count.

King-Well, there is a reason he wants to take down Bourne now, he wants to be in line for a title shot.

Kris Gaffney-Think if I ran into the ring now, and pin one of them, they would give me a shot?

King-Some WWE games say yes.

Kris Gaffney-Excellent *does the Mr. Burns fingers thing*

[Randy Orton sets up for the RKO, he waits for Kevin Bourne to get up to his feet, Randy Orton goes for the RKO. But Kevin Bourne pushes off Randy Orton, Orton crashes into the ref. The ref goes down on the mat. Randy Orton looks shocked, and turns around right into the checkmate. Randy Orton is down on the mat, and Kevin Bourne goes into the cover, but there is no ref to count. Kevin Bourne goes over to the ref, and tries to get him to come around. Suddenly the lights turn off….nothing happens for a while, until the EMF tron lights up with this.]

[The lights turn on, Kevin Bourne is watching the screen, the ref is still coming to, Randy Orton is still down, but is moving a little bit. He turns around right into the Crack of Dawn by Troy Gafgen! Troy Gafgen yells down at Kevin Bourne, and Troy Gafgen leaves the ring side. Both wrestlers are down on the mat, this allows both wrestlers to slowly get up to their feet, The ref is also getting up, but is turned around from the way he landed. Orton notices this, and takes advantage with a low blow, and rolls up Kevin Bourne! The ref turns around, and makes the 1……….2………..3!]

JR-Troy Gafgen striked, and Randy Orton took advantage.

King-I can’t say that Kevin Bourne wouldn’t do the same thing if he was in the same position.

Kris Gaffney-You sure?

King-Seems like the heel thing to do.

(Suddenly Scott Tazte's theme blasts on the PA system, and he runs down the ramp with the Money in the Bank brief case. Bourne is clearly not moving, he looks like he might go into the ring to challenge Bourne. But then he just ignores the ring entirely, and he holds up the MITB brief case up, and circles the ring. Randy Orton gets out of the ring, and yells at him for stealing his thunder. But it's responded with a kick to the gut, and a Remedy on Randy Orton!)

JR-Now that was interesting.

King-Guess he wanted to just give Bourne a reminder.

Kris Gaffney-I think Orton's feeling that reminder right now.

(Shockwave goes to commercial, and comes back.)

(Backstage the Gambler is watching everything going on, suddenly out of no where, Troy Gafgen hits a big boot to the head of the Gambler. The Gambler is down on the floor. Troy Gafgen grabs the Gambler, and he throws him hard into a locker room door which busts it down. Troy walks off the screen, and we go back into the ring for the main event)

(“Bad, Bad Man” blasts on the PA system as John Cena walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-A few months ago, this would be a special appearance by John Cena, but he is still the tag team champion.

King-Apart of the reason why Cena is here.

Kris Gaffney-That, and Bourne has talked about him quite a lot.

(“If You Smell” blasts on the PA system as the Rock walks to the ring holding the IC championship, he does his usual poses as he gets to the ring.)

JR-Speaking of a man who the world champion has talked a lot about.

King-As much as Cena has done, the Rock has also shown in the past few years to be very impressive.

Kris Gaffney-This won’t be a walk in the park for Cena.

[The Rock and John Cena stare down each other, and they start out throwing fist to the face. The Rock puts John Cena into a side headlock, John Cena looks for a way out of the hold. John Cena backs up the Rock to the ropes, and whips him off of the hold. The Rock bounces off of the ropes, John Cena goes for a clothesline, but it’s ducked under by the Rock. John Cena rolls out of the ring, and he goes over to the Rock who is slow to get up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet, John Cena picks up the Rock, and brings him over to the guard rail, and drops him face first. The Rock stumbles in pain, and John Cena grabs the Rock, and whips him hard into the ring steps, the Rock hits the ring steps shoulder first with a hard crash. John Cena picks up the Rock, and throws him into the ring. John Cena rolls into the ring, and he picks up the Rock to his feet, and he leads him over the corner, and John Cena smashes the Rock’s head into the top turnbuckle. John Cena turns the Rock around, and John Cena hits a few stomps into the gut of the Rock. The Rock sinks into the corner, and the Rock puts his boot on the throat of the Rock, the ref counts to 4, and finally John Cena breaks the choke hold. Laughing as he does, The Rock gets up to his feet, and once he does John Cena hits a hard fists to the face of the Rock. The Rock is stunned enough for John Cena to whip him out of the corner, and the Rock crashes into the corner hard face first. The Rock stumbles backwards, and John Cena sets up the Rock, and he lifts him. John Cena hits a spinning side slam on the Rock. John Cena holds up his hand, as crowd’s boo him, which is a good thing because he’s actually a heel, not like an other reality’s where he just plays a face, and still get boo’s. Anyways, he runs to the ropes, and hits the five knuckle shuffle.]

JR-John Cena has come out of the gate very impressive.

King-You know that rant somewhere in the text reminded me that it would be different else where.

Kris Gaffney-…no idea what your talking about.

[John Cena waits for the Rock to get up to his feet, and the Rock stumbles up to his feet. The Rock gets picked up by John Cena for an F-U, but the Rock is able to slide out of the back of John Cena, and Cena turns around, and he charges at the Rock. The Rock is able to side step him, and the Rock is able to throw John Cena off of the ropes, and John Cena bounces off of the ropes. The Rock hits a quick belly to belly over head throw that sends John Cena on the mat, and both wrestlers are down on the mat, the ref starts his standing ten count 1………2……….3…….both wrestlers try to get up to their feet………..4……..5………6…John Cena is up to his feet, he picks up the Rock, but the Rock is able to throw off John Cena’s arms, and he hits a few fists to the face. John Cena stumbles backwards, but John Cena is able to counter this hitting a knee lift to the gut that stuns the Rock, and John Cena hits a few fists to the face. The Rock is reeling on the ropes, and John Cena tries to whip the Rock to the ropes, and does so. He bounces off of the ropes, and John Cena goes for a clothesline, but the Rock ducks it, and he continues to the other side of the ring, and he bounces off of the ropes. John Cena turns around, and gets hit with a flying clothesline that knocks down John Cena. Cena gets up to his feet, and he stumbles backwards as the Rock corners him into the turnbuckle. The Rock hits a few hard fists to the face, and the Rock stops, and he spits on his fist, and he hits a spit punch. This rocks Cena in the corner, the Rock backs out of the corner, and then he stumbles out of the corner. The Rock takes down John Cena with a dragon leg whip, and the Rock goes for the Rock shooter. John Cena is able to struggle to try to get up to the ropes before the move is locked on, and he grabs a hold of the ropes. The Rock is forced to back off, and John Cena smiles thinking that he avoided something getting up to his feet on the apron. But the Rock uses the ropes, and he sling shots Cena over the top rope. John Cena crashes into the mat, slowly he gets up to his feet, and once he does. The Rock hits a kick to the gut, and he hits a DDT. The Rock goes into the cover on John Cena, the ref counts the 1………2……..KICK OUT by John Cena!]

JR-Almost three there.

King-How much do you think John Cena wants to win this?

Kris Gaffney-Not too much, it would be nice, but if he loses, he can just have everyone else job to him later. And then the Rock in a more important match.

King-…sounds like you are referencing something, wonder what?

[The Rock gets up to his feet, and once he does he sets up for the Rock Bottom, the Rock stalks as John Cena gets up to his feet. He turns around, and the Rock goes for the Rock Bottom, but John Cena is able to elbow out of it, and he throws the Rock into the mat, and then John Cena waits as the Rock pulls himself up to the mat, and he turns around right into the waiting John Cena who picks up the Rock, and goes for the F-U, the Rock slides out of the back. John Cena turns around, the Rock charges at John Cena, Cena pushes the Rock forward. The Rock bounces off, John Cena picks up the Rock, and he hits the F-U! John Cena goes into the cover on the Rock, and he gets the 1………..2……….KICK OUT by the Rock! John Cena can’t believe he didn’t get the three count. John Cena goes to the outside of the ring, and he climbs up to the top rope, and he measures up as the Rock is getting up to his feet. Once he does, he leaps off of the top rope, for what seems to be his leg drop from the top rope, but for some reason the Rock catches him out of mid air, and hits the Rock Bottom! The Rock takes a few moments, and he nips up, the Rock sets up John Cena. He pulls his arm pad off, he throws it to the crowd. He goes to the ropes, suddenly Kane’s music starts, and his pyrotechnics blasts off as Kane is walking down the ramp. He stops for a moment, the Rock turns around right into a pick up, and a second F-U. To make sure that he keeps the Rock down, Cena does a jack knife cover, and he is able to make cover for the 1……….2………3!]

JR-John Cena wins, he’ll be going on to face Kevin Bourne.

King-Yeah, but man did he need everything to beat the Rock, it seems that this feud with Kane and the Rock is also building.

(John Cena rolls out of the ring to celebrate as Shockwave goes off the air.)
