EMF: Shockwave

(“Freaky frog sounds” blasts on the PA system as Road Van Toad walks to the ring. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Road Van Toad is a veteran.

King-Probably the best way to describe him.

Kris Gaffney-Like Kane…he’s here.

(“For Whom the bell tolls” blasts on the PA system as Apocalypse walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Apocalypse is a new talent to the EMF.

King-This could be the first step of a Hall of Fame career.

Kris Gaffney-Or maybe it’s not.

King-Yeah, but we wanted to be positive about it…

[Apocalypse and Road Van Toad pace around the ring. They lock up, Apocalypse is able to put Road Van Toad into an arm bar. He puts the pressure on Road Van Toad. Road Van Toad is able to counters with a few kicks to the ribs, and this makes him release the hold. Road Van Toad runs to the ropes. He comes off of the ropes. He goes into the corner, and he measures up, and he runs out of the corner, and he hits a running splash. He goes into the cover on Road Van Toad, the ref counts the 1………..2………..KICK OUT by Road Van Toad.]

JR-Road Van Toad was able to kick out of that move.

King-He’s not going to be able to soon if this keeps up.

Kris Gaffney-To no one’s surprise.

[Road Van Toad, and Apocalypse get up to their feet. Road Van Toad throws a fist to the face. Road Van Toad gets set up for a belly to back suplex, but it’s countered with him a spinning belly to back suplex. Road Van Toad hits a spinning kick to the face that knocks Apocalypse backwards. He stumbles towards RVT, RVT picks him up, and he hits a falling slam. RVT runs to the ropes, he hits the Rolling Chunder.]

JR-This match has turned on a dime.

King-Guess people shouldn’t have counted out RVT.

Kris Gaffney like you did.

[RVT goes up to the top rope, and he leaps off for the one star toad splash. But Apocalypse moves out of the way. RVT stumbles upt o his feet. Apocalypse picks up RVT, and drives him down with the End of Days. Apocalypse goes into the cover on RVT, the ref counts the 1……….2…………3!]

JR-Apocalypse wins this match.

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, we go into the Shockwave video.)

(We go into the darken arena in Orlando, Florida. Pyrotechnics blasts on the stage, once they end the lights turn on. Fans yell, and wave their signs. Some signs say "I hate the wall too", "Colt Cabana fears Ryder", and

JR-Welcome to Saturday Shockwave. We have a great card for you tonight. I’m good ol’ JR, Jim Ross along side Jerry “The King” Lawler, and Kris “KG” Gaffney.

King-Tonight we have two championship matches. The TV championship, and the world championship.

Kris Gaffney-When’s the last time that’s happened?

King-Who knows.

(“All wrapped up” blasts on the PA system as Riley Jaddix walks to the ring. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-You can’t argue Riley’s talent.

King-Can’t say that there is a boring moment either.

Kris Gaffney-Guess you can’t.

(“Bones” blasts on the PA system as Jason Philips walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-“The Hunk” Jason Philips is going to have to give a hell of a match to win this match.

King-Everyone has against Riley Jaddix.

Kris Gaffney-This is true, it’s not going to be easy.

[“the Hunk” Jason Philips, and Riley Jaddix throw fists to the face, and Riley Jaddix gets the advantage on “the Hunk” Jason Philips. He whips him to the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, he hits a shoulder block that knocks him down on the mat. Riley Jaddix gets up to his feet, and he throws a wild fist to the face, but it’s ducked under, and “The Hunk” Jason Philips hits a belly to back suplex that puts down Riley Jaddix. “The Hunk” Jason Philips gets up to his feet, and he hits a few stomps on the downed Riley Jaddix. The ref makes Jason Philps to back up. He does this, and he waits as Riley Jaddix gets up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. Jason Philips hits a kick to the gut that doubles him over, and then he lifts him up, and he goes for a vertical suplex, but it’s countered with a Riley Jaddix shifting his weight, and he lands on his feet behind Jason Philips. He runs to the ropes, he comes off of the ropes. “The Hunk” Jason Philips is able to counter with a one man flap jack that sends Riley Jaddix down on the mat. “The Hunk” Jason Philips backs off waiting for Riley Jaddix to get up to his feet. Once he gets up to his feet, and he turns around. Riley Jaddix hits a kick to the gut that doubles over Riley Jaddix. He sets him up, and he hits a fisherman suplex with a bridge. The ref counts the 1……….2……….KICK OUT by Riley Jaddix.]

King-I would say that Philips isn’t perfect, but who is.

Kris Gaffney-That is true.

JR-Still, that move is going to have.

[Riley Jaddix gets picked up by “the Hunk” Jason Philips. Riley Jaddix counters by throwing his hands off him, and he hits a kick to the gut that doubles over Jason Philips, and he drives him down with a DDT. “The Hunk” Jason Philips rolls out of the ring ropes. The 1……….2…….KICK OUT by “The Hunk” Jason Philips.]

JR-Riley Jaddix took a chance, and it almost paid off there.

King-It’d say he’s crazy…but he probably never recovered from the Justin Fisher promo.

Kris Gaffney-Guess he tried to fight crazy with crazy.

[Riley Jaddix picks up Jason Philips, he lifts him up for the Skull Crusher. But Jason Philips struggles, he slides out of the back of Riley. Riley turns around, Jason picks up Jaddix. He drops him for the GAR. Jason Philips goes into the cover on Riley Jaddix. The ref counts the 1………..2……..3!]

JR-Philips countered right into a win.

(“Pain” blasts on the PA system as Hardcore Kid walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Hardcore Kid has gotten some wins recently.

King-Getting a win over Fredrick Tomas who has shown a lot of ability would be a great win.

Kris Gaffney-better said, than done though.

(“Mechanical Rhythm” blasts on the PA system as Fredrick Tomas walks to the ring. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Tomas has been quickly improving, but he had a loss in the back of his head.

King-Tomas holds on to a lot of things.

Kris Gaffney-Such as the fact he has never pinned Jaddix, despite having beat him more than once.

Hardcore Kid and Fredrick Thomas locks up and Hardcore Kid applies a headlock before taking Thomas down to the mat. As Thomas hits the mat, Hardcore Kid tries to keep the hold locked in, but Thomas breaks free and both men get to their feet. Hardcore Kid and Thomas lock up one more and this time Thomas applies an arm twist, before whipping Hardcore Kid into the ropes. As Hardcore Kid runs back towards him, Thomas hits a dropkick which doesn't seem to injure him, so both men get to their feet once more. Thomas goes to whip Hardcore Kid into the corner, but Hardcore Kid blocks it, then pulls Fredrick Thomas towards him and takes him down with a clothesline.

JR: This match has started very frentically

KING: It's not one sided at all

As Fredrick Thomas gets to his feet, Hardcore Kid takes him down with a drop toe hold, then stomps on him several times. Hardcore Kid then turns Thomas over and hits a knee drop, before making the cover. The referee starts counting - 1... 2... kickout!

KG: Almost got the fall there did Hardcore Kid

Hardcore Kid pulls Fredrick Thomas to his feet and whips him against the ropes, then runs after him and clotheslines Thomas again as he hit the ropes, sending Thomas to the outside. As Thomas gets to his feet outside the ring, Hardcore Kid runs towards the ropes and goes for a suicide dive, but Thomas moves out of the way. Hardcore Kid hits the ground hard.

JR: What bad judgement there from Hardcore Kid

KING: Very bad judgement indeed, he had control of this match.

Fredrick Thomas waits for Hardcore Kid to get to his feet, he turns around and Fredrick Thomas snaps a suplex, and Hardcore Kid hits the floor of the stadium hard.

KG: The match has completley turned on it's head.

Tomas picks up Hardcore Kid, and he throws him into the ring. He waits as Hardcore Kid gets up to his feet. Tomas gets turned around by Rick Ranger, who hits a hard fist to the face of Fredrick Tomas. Rick Ranger comes into the ring, he measures up Fredrick Tomas. He hits a chair shot on Tomas. Rick Ranger leaves the ring, and Hardcore Kid just coming to, and he throws his arm over Tomas. The ref counts the 1………..2………3

JR-Hardcore Kid wins, what is that all about?

King-I don’t think Rick Ranger forgot what Tomas did to Justin Fisher.

(“Ultimate Countdown” blasts on the PA system as Daniel Bryan walks to the ring along with Angelina Love. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Daniel Bryan is always a tough competitor.

King-He’s had some great feuds in the past few years.

Kris Gaffney-Without a doubt he’ll one day get to the gold that he so wants so badly in my opinion.

(“Trip of darkness” blasts on the PA system as Shadow walks to the ring with Phoenix. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-A man of few words, but he’s shown that he can more than do his speaking in the ring.

King-He’s going to need a special effort tonight.

Kris Gaffney-Daniel Bryan has pushed some of the best.

Daniel Bryan and Shadow are in the ring. They haven’t taken their eyes off of each other. The slowly circle left. After a few steps they circle right sizing each other up. DB makes the first move with a quick lunge into a go behind rear waist lock. He tightens his grip as Shadow struggles to get free. Shadow finally manages to get free by tossing two rapid elbows into DB’s head.

JR-Shadow realizes that he needs to make sure that he doesn't allow the submission specialist to make it his type of match.

King-I wonder what his notes look like.

Kris Gaffney-If he starts doing the fancy moves, hit him with a elbow?

Db staggers but is back on the attack quickly. He rushes forward and hits a drop kick. DB is back to his feet before Shadow, he tries to drop an elbow. Shadow rolls out of the way and dodges it. Shadow is still a bit sluggish as DB is on his feet first again. He tries for another elbow drop, once again Shadow dodges. Shadow is on his feet quickly. Shadow grabs DB by the hair and picks him up to his feet. Shadow locks DB’s wrist and yanks him into a clothesline, followed by another, and another.

JR-Maybe Shadow wants to make this a technical match after all.

Kris Gaffney-It worked for HBK once.

King-I'm sure that's a good example.

He’s using DB’s arm to pull him off the mat into clothesline after clothesline. Shadow goes for a fourth clothesline, but DB uses the momentum to pull Shadow down into the Labelle Lock. Shadow tries to fight it off but DB manages to lock it in. Shadow begins to claw to the bottom rope. He eventually makes it causing the ref to call for the break.

JR-Shadow barely makes it to the ropes.

King-It's good for Shadow, who knows how long he could have lasted in that move.

DB releases the lock but goes back on the offensive immediately. He stomps on the shoulder and neck of Shadow. Shadow uses the ropes to climb to his feet. DB presses again irish whipping Shadow across the ring, then running after him. As Shadow hits the ropes he’s met with a knee to the gut that flips him onto a seated position on the mat.

JR-What a move by Daniel Bryan.

King-That turned Shadow inside out.

[Shadow climbs up in the corner. Daniel Bryan charges at Shadow. He hits a drop kick in the corner. Daniel Bryan backs out of the corner, Shadow stumbles out of the corner. Daniel Bryan hits a kick to the gut that doubles him over, and then he lifts him up, he puts him on the top turnbuckle. He climbs up to the top rope, he hooks Shadow. Daniel Bryan goes for a super plex. But Shadow blocks it. Shadow holds Bryan down for the count, the ref counts the 1……..2…..3!]

JR-Shadow wins with a great counter.

(“Shapeshifter” blasts on the PA system as Syn walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-This is Syn’s first televised match.

King-Not exactly the easiest either.

Kris Gaffney-Although he doesn’t have a lot to compare to, but Double L is talented.

(“Double L’s theme” blasts on the PA system as Double L walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Double L has had issues with Hardcore Kid.

King-You got to know that he can’t be looking past this match.

Kris Gaffney-As talented as Double L is, Syn is looking to make an impact in the EMF. What better way than to beat someone that has had a little experience in the EMF on his first night.

[Syn and Double L start out in the middle of the ring as the ref tells them a few things before starting the match, then he has Double L and Syn back up. Double L throws a fist to the face, but Syn is able to duck under. Syn hits a few knife edge chops to the chest of Double L. This does effect Double L, but not enough that he can’t answer back with a knee lift into the gut that stuns him. Double L runs to the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes. The ref counts the 1………..2…….KICK OUT by Double L]

King-So far Syn has been able to stay in control.

Kris Gaffney-Whether he can stay in control is another question

[Syn picks up Double L, and then Syn gets his eyes raked. Syn stumbles backwards, and Double L hits a super kick that puts down Syn. Double L takes a few moments to rest up, and he grabs a hold of the ropes. He takes a few moments to rest up, and Syn gets up to his feet. Double L throws Syn out of the ring, Syn falls on the apron, and Double L hits a few fsits to the face of Syn which makes him stunned. Double L sets up Syn, and he hits a suplex into the ring. Double L waits as Syn gets up to his feet, and Double L hits a body slam. Double L goes to the corner, he climbs up to the second rope. He leaps off, and he hits a splash on Syn. Double L goes into the cover on Syn, the ref counts the 1………..2……….KICK OUT by Syn.]

JR-Syn is going to have to start acting fast if he wants to win this match.

King-It might be too late JR.

[Double L picks up Syn, he picks him up, and he tries to put him over his shoulder. But Syn slides out of the back. Syn hooks Double L, he drops him for a reverse DDT that plants him down on the mat with a reverse DDT. Syn goes to the outside of the ring. He climbs up on the top turnbuckle. Kris Gaffney-Guess you spoke too soon King.

The camera goes backstage with Michael Cole and Zack Ryder. )

Michael Cole: Good evening everyone, I am Michael Cole. Joining me at this time, the Television Champion, Zack Ryder.

Zack Ryder: Hey, Michael. What's up?

Michael Cole: I'm doing fine, thank you. Lets start the interview right now. Zack, this is your first title defense. How do you feel defending your title against some very tough opponents?

Zack Ryder: Let me tell you something, Cole. Mike New and Death Jester are the people you don't rely on for a kidney. The odds are one out of three that I will retain the championship. I feel like I have to do the best I can, or else I will come out empty-handed. This is not a match that I can slack. I gotta bring your A-game or else you will strike out.

Michael Cole: Who do you feel is more of a threat coming into the match? Mike New or Death Jester?

Zack Ryder: Gee, this is a hard choice. On one hand, you have the former champion that had a reign for one hundred and sixty-seven days. On the other, you've got the person who defeated four other people in a ladder match to enter this match. I can't decide who I must watch out for, so I will have to decide that they are dead even.

Michael Cole: Before your match, do you have any final words to say?

Zack Ryder: That's an easy one! Take care, spike your hair. Woo Woo Woo, You Know It!

( The fans cheer, as the camera moves to another area. )

(“Guerilla Radio” blasts on the PA system as Death Jester walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

King-Zack Ryder hasn’t been in the EMF for that long.

Kris Gaffney-But long enough.

(“Cocky” blasts on the PA system as Mike New walks to the ring, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Mike New has been a long time TV champion. Tonight he’s looking to get the championship back.

Lee Foster hoods Nostalgia leg, and he sits down for the cover, but Nostalgia powers out into a pin, and flips over into a jack knife cover on Lee Foster. The ref starts to count, Nostalgia puts his boots on the bottom rope for the 1……….2……….3!]

King-Seth Rollins approves this moment.

(Lee Foster looks shocked as Nostalgia gets out of the ring, Lee Foster yells at Nostalgia as Shockwave goes off the air.)
