EMF: Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen.)

(The lights are turned off in the arena. Pyrotechnics blasts on down on the stage. The lights turn on as fan s yell and wave their signs as the camera’s scan around the arena. After a few scans of the crowd the camera zooms out to display the location information. Finally they get one more scan of the crowd.)

JR-Tonight the EMF comes to you live from the Chesapeake Energy Arena. Welcome to Saturday Shockwave. Hello and welcome I’m good ol’ JR, Jim Ross. I’m joined by Jerry “the King” Lawler and Kris “KG” Gaffney. Tonight two of men who were involved in the World Championship match and the man who defeated the Wretched Nobody will face each other in a two fall triple threat.

King-Forget that…I need to point out that were in JR’s home town.

JR-I’m trying not to think about it.

Kris Gaffney-Too late for that, King won’t let you forget it!

JR-Let’s get started with the first match of the night!

(“The duck song” blasts on the PA system. Kenny Omegrape walks out. Suddenly a giant grape burst through the EMF tron and lands on him. It rolls to the ring, and he goes flying into the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

King-Nothing abnormal here.

JR-You would say that.

Kris Gaffney-Do you want to point out a real point?

JR-In a moment…

As the lights go out in the arena, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida by Iron Butterfly brings the arena to life with its opening organ. When the first licks of the guitar hit the speakers, Brandon Leno is seen standing on the stage, back to the ring with his arms stretched out to the side, head toward the sky. Different colored spotlights dance around him. Leno is wearing an acid wash jean jacket with an outline of a woman with psychedelic butterfly wings printed on the back of the jacket. Leno nods his head back and forth to the music as he turns around, aviator sunglasses on his face. Leno has his tie dyed tights on with Mr. Psychedelic printed across the back. Indica accompanies him down the ramp as he struts his way to the ring, grooving to the music. Len jumps onto the apron and gets into the ring. Once in the ring he goes to the turnbuckle, climbs the second rope and starts dancing to the music, trying to get the crowd involved.

JR-This is a match between the current Extreme Champion and the former IC champion.

King-Let’s not forget that he beat Ricky Vegas last week.

Kris Gaffney-I’m sure that’ll come back to him somehow.

[Brandon Leno and Kenny OMegrape pace around the ring. Kenny Omegrape talks about the Melon Gods. Brandon Leno shrugs, this doesn’t please Kenny Omegrape who runs at Brandon Leno. Brandon Leno counters with a drop toe hold that sends Kenny Omegrape flying face first into the second turnbuckle. Brandon Leno waits for Kenny Omegrape to get up to his feet. Leno hits a few fists to the face of Kenny Omegrape in the corner. Kenny Omegrape rocks in the corner. Brandon Leno brings him out of the corner. Kenny Omegrape gets whipped off of the ropes. Brandon Leno lowers his head, but it’s countered by Kenny Omegrape who hits a hard kick to the face. Kenny Omegrape tries to take advantage of this, and he goes for a clothesline. Brandon Leno is able to duck under, and he measures up, and he connects with a super kick to the chin of Kenny Omegrape. Kenny Omegrape hits the mat hard. Brandon Leno goes into the cover on Kenny Omegrape. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref counts 1…………….2…..KICK OUT by Kenny Omegrape. Kenny Omegrape is slow to get up to his feet. Brandon Leno waits for Kenny Omegrape. Kenny Omegrape runs at Brandon Leno, Brandon Leno counters with an arm drag.]

JR-Kenny Omegrape has attempted to get this match into his favor.

King-He assumes that if it was meant to be the Melon Gods will make it happen.

Kris Gaffney-And it’s never their fault if it doesn’t.

[Brandon Leno waits for Kenny Omegrape to get up to his feet. Once he gets up to his feet. Brandon Leno kicks him in the gut that doubles over Kenny Omegrape, and he goes for the Purple Haze piledriver, but it’s countered with a back body drop that sends him flying down on the mat. Brandon Leno is slow to get up to his feet. Brandon Leno is slow to get up to his feet as Kenny Omegrape holds on to the ropes trying to keep himself up to his feet. Brandon Leno turns and runs at Kenny Omegrape. Kenny Omegrape is able to counter with a one mane flap jack that sends him flying through the air, and he crashes into the ropes. He staggers backwards and he turns around into the Willy Wonka's Fruit-Flavored Gobstopper. Kenny Omegrape falls down on a knee as Brandon Leno falls down on the mat. Kenny Omegrape takes a few moments to rest up as Brandon Leno is pulling himself up to his feet. Brandon Leno kicks him in the gut that doubles him over. Kenny Omegrape hooks him, and he drops him with an impaler DDT that puts him down on the mat. Kenny Omegrape goes into the cover the downed Brandon Leno. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref counts 1………………..2…………KICK OUT by Brandon Leno.]

JR-Brandon Leno kicks out!

Kris Gaffney-You think this is what Brandon was expecting facing Kenny Omegrape?

King-When you face someone with the power of god….I would.

[Kenny Omegrape waits for Brandon Leno to get up to his feet, and Kenny to get up to his feet, and he kicks him in the gut, and sets him up for Geese Lightning, but it’s countered with a few knee’s, and countered into the Acid Trip, but Kenny realizing that he was falling into it was able to move his arm clear of his knee enough to rain down a few fists to the stomach of Brandon Leno before the move can force him to tap despite it clearly already taking an effect on Kenny Omegrape. Just as Brandon Leno is about to lose his grip. Brandon kicks him off, Kenny hits hard into the corner. Kenny hits his back into the turnbuckle, and he staggers back towards Brandon Leno. Brandon Leno reaches up and traps him with a small package pinning combination. This along with the effect that he was able to get with the Acid Trip is what leads to the 1…………….2…………..3!!]

JR-The Acid Trip wasn’t fully locked in, but enough so that it allowed Brandon Leno to trap Kenny OMegrape into the pinning combination to get the win.

King-Only because that’s what the Melon Gods wanted.

(“Cult of personality” blasts on the PA system. CM Punk walks out on the stage, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-He might be known as staff of the BWO, but never forget that CM Punk is a grand slam champion of the EMF.

King-Dan Godwin knows this.

Kris Gaffney-His hair doesn’t…because it all fell out.

Asp walks down the aisle to the ring The crowd members to take notice of Asp walking down towards the ring…and gives a cheer

JR-Asp has had a steep fall from grace.

King-Good thing Mike just gave him the money.

Kris Gaffney-You need to earn your way here in the EMF.

[CM Punk talks trash to Asp, CM Punk says he’s better than you. Asp says he’ll be richer than him if he can win this match. CM Punk hits a few forearm shots to the face that knocks Asp backwards into the ropes. Asp backs up into the ropes, and CM Punk tries to whip him to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. Asp bounces off of the ropes. CM Punk jumps in the air, and he connects with a lariat that sends him flying through the air. CM Punk hooks him into a vertical suplex position, he lifts him up, and he drops him with a vertical suplex. CM Punk keeps down Asp down on the mat, and he connects with a few stomps on the downed Asp. CM Punk waits for Asp to get up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. Asp is near by the ropes, and CM Punk runs to the ropes. But CM Punk tries to back body drop, but CM Punk lands on his feet. Asp turns around and CM Punk waits for Asp, and he connects with a hang man that sends Asp stagger backwards. CM Punk waits for Asp to get where he wants him. CM Punk sling shots himself up to the top rope, and he goes for a flying clothesline that was through the air as CM Punk waits Asp to get up to his feet.]

JR-CM Punk has Asp on the ropes.

King-I’m not sure if he’s worth his reduced rate.

Kris Gaffney-Well it’s not over yet.

[Asp is slow to get up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. CM Punk lifts him up, and he goes for the GTS, but it’s countered by blocking the knee of CM Punk. CM Punk gets double leg take down and he connects with a catapault that sends him flying through the air. CM Punk goes flying through the air. CM Punk staggers backwards. CM Punk gets hooked by the head, and he gets dropped with a reverse neck breaker. Both wrestlers are down.]

JR-It’s anyone’s ball game.

King-I’m sure that the Princess appreciated that sports reference.

Kris Gaffney-If she was the Queen, I’m sure that she’d outlaw them.

[CM Punk gets up to his feet. Asp goes for a wild fist. CM Punk ducks under, and CM Punk gets lifted up, and dropped with a GTS. Asp seems out of it. CM Punk goes into the cover on Asp. The ref counts 1……..2………3!!]

JR-CM Punk took advantage of the miscue by Asp and got the victory.

King-Sounds like his career thus far.

(“Game On” blasts on the PA system as Tony Ikeda walks out on the stage. Tony Ikeda walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Tony Ikeda someone that has had experience with the TV championship.

King-He’s had experience with a lot of things.

Kris Gaffney-It’s because he’s been so long…because he’s old, HA!

["No One Survives" blasts on the PA system. JT Maverick walks on the stage. JT Maverick walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-You got to wonder if JT Maverick might be looking past this match.

King-I guess we will see.

[Tony Ikeda stand in the middle of the ring as JT Maverick pace around the ring. They lock up, Tony Ikeda is able to get him into a side head lock. JT Maverick is stunned enough that Tony Ikeda is able to pull himself up to the second rope, and he hooks JT Maverick, and he puts him down into the mat with a tornado DDT. ]

JR-Tony might have JT Maverick in trouble.

King-I’m wonder if he’s thinking ahead to the TV championship.

Kris Gaffney-Azar probably doesn’t blame him.

[Tony Ikeda goes into the cover on JT Maverick. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref count 1………..2…KICK OUT by JT Maverick. Tony Ikeda waits for JT Maverick to get up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet, he hooks him, but before he can JT Maverick hits a few elbows to the side of the head. JT Maverick hooks him and he connects with a head butt that stuns Tony Ikeda. Maverick staggers backwards. Tony Ikeda runs at Maverick, Maverick counters with a belly to belly over head throw that sends Tony Ikeda flying. Tony Ikeda crashes down on the mat. JT Maverick takes a few moments to recover.]

JR-This might be Maverick’s chance to turn this match around.

King-You can’t count Tony out…because if you did that would be BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

Kris Gaffney-I knew you’d have to say one badd pun.

[JT Maverick goes to the second turnbuckle, and he jumps off, but Tony Ikeda catches him and drops him with the full nelson suplex. Maverick is down. Tony Ikeda goes into the cover on JT Maverick. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref counts 1…………..2……….3!!]

JR-However JT Maverick didn’t choose exactly the best attack.

King-Guess not.

(“The duck song” blasts on the PA system. Ashley Irvine skips out on the stage. Walter Melon and Jack Heyman look at her weirdly as they step out on the stage. Ashley yells “WATERMELON!”.)

King-That happened because the Melon Gods said it should.

Kris Gaffney-That’s what Walter said.

Ricky comes onto the ramp with a huge grin, accompanied by Miss Meadows and a pair of nameless showgirls. On occasion, he will toss commemorative casino chips into the crowd. Once arriving at the ring, Miss Meadows will instruct the showgirls to wait backstage.

JR-Ricky Vegas is looking to bounce back after a few bad weeks.

King-This is something he knows.

Kris Gaffney-He takes most pride in submission, so the last match must have been the biggest blow.

[Walter Melon yells about the Melon Gods. Walter Melon ducks under a fist by Ricky Vegas. Walter Melon runs to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. Ricky Vegas hits a drop kick that puts down the IC champion. Ricky Vegas waits for Walter Melon to get up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. Ricky Vegas goes into the cover on Walter Melon. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref counts 1…………………..2…….Walter Melon is able to roll the shoulder up. Walter Melon is slow to get up to his feet, but as he gets up to his feet, Ricky Vegas hooks on the Viva Las Vegas for a few moments Walter Melon seems to be fading, but he knows that he needs to get up to his feet. Ricky Vegas holds on to the second rope. Walter Melon runs at Ricky Vegas. Ricky Vegas mvoes out of the way, and he throws him hard into the ring post. Ricky Vegas waits for Walter Melon as he pulls him out of the corner.]

JR-Walter was able to break the hold, but it seems like that he was yet to get the advantage.

King-That’s because the Melon Gods want to test him.

Kris Gaffney-Everything is a test!

[Ricky Vegas picks up Walter Melon to attempt the three of a kind, but Walter Melon is able to struggle out of the back. Walter Melon hooks Ricky Vegas and he connects with a german suplex that sends him flying through the air, and he crashes down on the mat. Ricky Vegas is slow to get up to his feet. Walter Melon kicks Ricky Vegas in the gut, and he plants him down on the mat with a double arm DDT. Walter Melon goes to the outside of the ring, and he climbs up to the top rope.]

JR-Walter Melon seems to be looking to end this match.

King-This won’t be good if Ricky Vegas doesn’t win this one.

[Walter Melon jumps off of the top rope, but out of no where Ricky Vegas gets his knee’s up. Walter Melon gets stunned. Ricky Vegas gets up to his feet, and he connects with the Full House. Walter is down. Ricky goes into the cover on Walter. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref counts 1…………..2………3!!]

JR-Ricky Vegas might have finally changed his luck.

King -the Melon Gods have a plan!

Kris Gaffney-Even if it works against the Melon Club.

King-Only because the Melon Gods said it would!

("The Best Damn Thing" plays over the PA System as Ashley Irvine skips out onto the ramp. Her music then stops and is replaced by "Insatiable" as Tiffany and Stacy Hancock join her on the stage.)

JR: Ashley was supposed to be teaming with Laura and AJ Lee tonight.... but they were mysteriously taken out before the match.

King: Her choice of partner sure is interesting....

Kris: I'm not sure she has better options.

("Dirty Little Girl" plays next and Mickie James and Rebecca Michelle step out onto the stage. This is then replaced by "How Strong Do You Think I Am" as the EMF Women's Champion Catherine Walker joins them.)

JR: I'm sure Catherine would have preferred it if she was able to scout next week's opponent AJ Lee here....

King: Are you sure? I got the feeling she was the reason AJ isn't here....

Kris: That could be big come Sunday...

(Stacy Hancock elects to start out for her team and Catherine Walker starts out for hers. The two of them circle round the ring a few times and then Catherine lunges forward and throws right hands at Stacy. Stacy returns with a few of her own. Eventually, Stacy kicks Catherine in the midsection and then hurls her into one of the turnbuckles. She goes over and starts choking Catherine with her leg in the corner. Eventually, she lets Catherine stumble out of the corner and then plants her down with a DDT. Stacy bends down to pick Catherine up, but Catherine rakes the eyes, causing Stacy to shreik and stumble back. Catherine jumps to her feet and then connects with the SMS to Stacy, taking her down. She goes over and makes a tag to Mickie James. Mickie enters the ring as Stacy is climbing to her feet, and she spanks Stacy hard. Stacy shrieks and grabs her ass and then tries to dive across the ring to her partners but Mickie grabs her and pulls her back, and then suplexes her down. Mickie looks over at Ashley and blows her a kiss.)

JR: Mickie James continuing the mindgames with Ashley that we've seen over the last few weeks....

(Mickie throws Stacy into the heel corner and then tags Catherine back in. Catherine climbs into the ring and the two of them stomp away on Stacy as she sits in the corner, until the referee pulls Mickie back. Catherine then picks Stacy up and takes her down with another suplex. She hooks the leg for 1...... 2..... kick out! Catherine lets Stacy stumble up, and then grabs her from behind and hits the Ice Breaker. She drops into another cover for 1..... 2.... kick out! Catherine looks annoyed but taunts for her finisher. She climbs up to the top rope and jumps off, looking for the OMG... but Stacy rolls out of the way and Catherine crashes to the mat. Stacy uses the opening to leap across the ring and make the tag to Ashley Irvine. Ashley enters the ring and looks unsure about facing her friend... but what she didn't notice was Mickie James stealing a blind tag when Catherine was up top. Mickie spins Ashley round and connects with the Mick Kick! She then taunts to the crowd....)

JR: Something tells me Mickie isn't done here....

King: It would be very unlike her to just pin Ashley and be done with it.

Kris: But there's no Laura to mock....

(Mickie picks Ashley up, pulls her head back, and looks like she's going to go for the Long Kiss Goodnight, but Ashley catches her off guard by hammering away at her with right hands. She whips Mickie across the ring, and as Mickie bounces back, Ashley drills her down with a clothesline, seemingly learning from last week not to use a move Mickie would enjoy. Ashley picks Mickie up and positions her for the Boulder Holder, but Mickie hits an elbow to the head and is able to drop down out of the hold. She dives across and makes a tag to Rebecca Michelle. Rebecca runs at Ashley but Ashley catches her and scoops her up and is able to connect with the Boulder Holder this time. She taunts the crowd picks Rebecca up, looking for Mr DDT.... but suddenly Tiffany shouts something, and the referee turns to look at her... causing him to miss what she was shouting about, and Mickie James is able to blast Ashley in the back of the head with the Women's Championship belt. Mickie quickly drops the belt back to the floor outside the ring and Ashley stumbles back where Rebecca rolls her up for 1...... 2........ 3!)

JR: Mickie and Rebecca steal one.... but was that deliberate from Tiffany?

King: I doubt it JR... she wanted to alert the referee to Mickie grabbing the title, but the idiot looked the wrong way....

Kris: Oh well.... if something like that happens Sunday, Mickie will be VERY happy indeed.

(“Judas” blasts on the PA system. Troy Gafgen walk sout on the stage with AJ Lee skipping around him. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Troy Gafgen last week was able to get back on track by beating the Wretched Nobody.

King-Now the question is whether or not Wretch will knock him right off track?

Kris Gaffney-I’m sure it’s a good possibility.

(“Radio” blasts on the PA system. Zack Ryder walks out on the stage with his web camera, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Last month Zack Ryder had a chance to be World Champion.

King-We aren’t sure where this will go, but it’s possible he’ll be able to get back on some sort of championship road.

We hear the gentle sounds of a music box eerily creep throughout the arena growing more ominous, as Lux Aeterna Tenebrosi Stellata plays.

Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen…. Brace yourselves!

Smoke crawls across the canvas surrounding everyone in the ring, at ringside and the front row of the audience. Grace walks out into the middle of the stage smiling ear to ear as the arena lights flicker again, through the strobe we see The Wretched Nobody appear from nowhere.

Ring Announcer: Making her way down the aisle the lovely, and loathsome Morose Rose - Miss Macabre, herself, Grace Brutal! Her Dark Star hails from The Danvers State Lunatic Asylum, Salem Massachusetts and at Six Foot Eleven inches tall – at Four Hundred and Twenty Pounds he is… the five Time EMF Heavyweight Champion of the Woooooorld! THE WRETCHED NOBODY!

Nobody slithers under the bottom rope, and slides back sitting in the corner. Nobody reaches for the top rope and pulls himself back to his feet. He rolls his neck and glares hard at the floor as he rocks from side to side in his corner.

JR-However to do it they both will have to go through this man.

King-Let’s not forget that even if Wretch wins here, he can only stop one of the competitors.

Kris Gaffney-They can’t stop Grace’s swears though.

King-Nothing can stop that…

[Zack Ryder and Troy Gafgen seem to be talking about old times. The Wretched Nobody isn’t having that as he grabs Zack Ryder by his hair, and hurls him over the top rope. Troy Gafgen hits a few fists to the back of the head. Troy Gafgen runs to the ropes, and The Wretched Nobody connects with a running shoulder block that puts him down on the mat. He staggers back up to his feet. The Wretched Nobody grabs Troy Gafgen by throat and he drives him backwards. The Wretched Nobody hits a hard knee lift to the gut, and he hits another knee lift to the gut. The Wretched Nobody whips Troy Gafgen hard into the corner. Troy Gafgen hits hard into the opposite corner turnbuckle. Troy Gafgen staggers out of the corner, and the Wretched Nobody lifts him up, and he drops him with a side walk slam. The Wretched Nobody goes into the cover on Troy Gafgen. The ref goes into position to make the count, the ref counts 1………….2..the Wretched Nobody lifts up Troy Gafgen whether or not he was going to get the 3 or not simply because he wants to cause more damage to Troy.]

JR-The Wretched Nobody has not forgotten about last week.

King-I guess not.

Kris Gaffney-Wonder if Troy was hoping he would?

King-I’m pretty certain that AJ just wanted us talking more about her.

[The Wretched Nobody gets ready for some sort of move, what we will never know because Zack Ryder jumps on the apron. The Wretched Nobody see’s this and he connects with a hard fist to the face that knocks Zack Ryder off of the apron. Zack Ryder fly’s off of the apron. The Wretched Nobody attempts to go for the trephination, but Troy Gafgen is able to counter with a duck and he grabs the Wretched Nobody’s head, and he drops him with a chaos maker. Troy Gafgen takes a few moments to rest up, he notices that the Wretched Nobody is getting up to his feet. Troy Gafgen is able to use the fact that he’s still dazed to lift up the Wretched Nobody and drops him with a hot shot that sends him into the top rope. Troy Gafgen grabs his arm, and he drops him with a short arm clothesline. Troy Gafgen waits for the Wretched Nobody. Troy Gafgen connects with a few fists to the face, and he whips the Wretched Nobody off of the ropes, and as he comes off of the ropes. Troy Gafgen connects with a scoop power slam.]

JR-Troy is making a come back here.

King-AJ is happy.

Kris Gaffney-We really need to have an AJ update for the entire show…

[Troy Gafgen goes into the cover. The ref dives into position to make the count. The ref counts 1……….2…Zack Ryder pulls Troy Gafgen out of the ring. Troy Gafgen attempts to go for a fist to the face. Zack Ryder is able to duck under, and he hooks Troy Gafgen and he connects with a Russian leg sweep that sends Troy Gafgen back first into the barricade. Troy Gafgen is hurting on the outside. Seeing that the wretched Nobody is still recovering on the inside of the ring. Zack Ryder jumps on the apron, and he climbs up to the top rope, and he motions for the Wretched Nobody to get up to his feet. Zack Ryder runs towards the Wretched Nobody, and he connects a missile drop kick, this doesn’t take the Wretched Nobody off of his feet, but it does put him in the corner holding on to the ropes to keep himself up. Zack Ryder runs towards the Wretched Nobody, and he connects with a running clothesline in the corner. After a few moments the Wretched Nobody falls into a seated position.]

JR-Zack Ryder looks to be in control of this match.

King-He might want to strike fast to take advantage of it.

Kris Gaffney-Or record it so he can put it on his web show.

King-Or record

[Zack Ryder pumps up the crowd, and he turns around to go for the Broski boot, but the Wretched Nobody had recovered faster than expected. The Wretched Nobody almost takes Zack Ryder’s head off with the trephination, The Wretched Nobody goes into the cover on Zack Ryder. The ref goes into position to make the count, The ref counts 1………….2…………..3!!]

JR-The Wretched Nobody recover faster than anyone would have…

[Zack Ryder is having issues to get up to his feet, Troy Gafgen takes advantage of this and he connects with the Mental Maelstrom!! Ryder is out. Troy Gafgen goes into the cover on Zack Ryder. The ref goes into position to make the count. The ref counts 1…………..2…………3!!]

JR-However regardless of that, Troy see’s an opportunity, and takes advantage to get the second fall.

King-Could we say he’s the ultimate opportunist?

Kris Gaffney-No…we wouldn’t…

(Troy Gafgen celebrates with AJ Lee as Shockwave goes off the air.)
