EMF: Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, we go into the shockwave video.)

(Once’s that concluded, we go into the darken arena as pyrotechnics blasts on the stage. Once they end, the lights turn on, fans yell, and wave their signs. Some signs say “well, didn’t see that one coming…”, “*insert Tombstone reference here*”, and “Catherine makes a good point.”)

JR-Welcome to Saturday Shockwave, I’m good ol’ JR, Jim Ross along side Jerry “The King” Lawler, and Kris “KG” Gaffney.

(“Like Me” blasts on the PA system as Degenerate walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Degenerate has done quite a lot in the EMF.

King-But he doesn’t have much to say this week.

Kris Gaffney-Good to know.

(“” blasts on the PA system as Artemis Eclipse walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

He bounces off of the ropes, and then Degenerate goes for a clothesline, but he ducks under, and he continues to the other side of the ring. He bounces off of the ropes, he leaps in the air, and catches him with a flying forearm shot to the face. This makes Artemis go down, and he gets up to his feet. He hits heads with Tim Findlay. Findlay falls off the apron. Wyatt falls backwards right into a school boy pinning combination by Nostalgia for the 1…………2………..3!]

JR-Bray stumbled in the wrong place at the wrong time, and lead to the quick pin.

King-That’s all it takes in a match like this.

("Million Dollar Theme" plays over the PA System. Natasha Jones makes her way out onto the ramp. She is holding a microphone in one hand, and what appears to be a magazine in the other. She slides into the ring to a chorus of boos. She addresses the audience.)

Natasha: Last week, live on Shockwave, I had yet another chance to compete for the EMF Women's Championship. Now everytime I have had that chance, something has caused me to lose that was really outside of my control. But I'm not going to make excuses. As my ex-husband said just a few weeks ago, in this game, you have to be prepared for anything, and everything. I wasn't. That's on me. The worst example of this was probably when I competed in a Triple Threat Hell in a Cell match against the then champion, Christy Hemme, and another challenger, Tiffany. The two of them clearly knew I was the favorite, so what did they do? They locked me in the damn cell, and ended the match on the outside. Ever since then it has bene my mission to be crowned champion, but when I finally got a fair crack at it, for one night only, Tiffany bested me inside the chamber. I have no excuses for that, but we all know that the little bimbo isn't in my league, and I should have won that night. Last week, I got another crack at the belt. One on one with Mickie James. And like someone who has been awarded the opportunity to compete for a championship, I did everything the right way. I even left my body guard, Kass, backstage. I wanted to go at it all by myself, and do things the right way. I wanted to be proud when I dethroned Mickie. But as you all saw... that never happened. That never happened because right as I was closing in on the gold... this happened...

(Natasha motions to the titanton, which shows footage from last week's title match. We see Nat hit the Get Bent. She's stalking Mickie, looking for "Your Heart Won't Go On", when suddenly Stephanie McMahon appears from nowhere, and hits her with a Chiller, causing the bell to ring, and the match to end in a DQ.)

Natasha: Technically, ladies and Gentleman, I beat Mickie James, and for that reason, I know she will happily give me a fair rematch. That's the type of champion she is. I have no doubts about that. But tonight isn't about Mickie. Tonight isn't about the championship. Tonight... I take a page out of Kass's book. You see, for a few weeks now, Kass has been having some heated words stored up for Stephanie McMahon-Walker, and tonight, I join her in that. I'm not sure why Stephanie felt the need to attack me last week. Sure, I interfered in her stupid little Playboy match at Return of an Era, and with the help of Kass, stripped her down and soaked half of her bra... but she escaped. Not before this happened though...

(Natasha motions to the tron again, and we see a picture of Stephanie from the PPV, stripped to her bra and panties, with one side of her bra soaked through. Steph was in the process of covering herself, but Nat has managed to freeze frame a particular second where her bra has gone see through.)

Natasha: Last year was the first time EMF did this water balloon match. On that day.... I had balloons placed in my bra, and burst by Christy Hemme. And ever since then, fans have been showing me that picture. Holding it up in my face and asking me to sign it.You all got a cheap thrill out of seeing such a well respected, and let's face it, hot wrestler stroke business woman get stripped to her bra and panties. For many of you fans, that is probably the highlight of your entire EMF watching lives. I pity you. But I don't blame you. I know I look fantastic. That's why John Cena couldn't keep his hands off me even though he'd been married 10 minutes. But the point is, we're a year on, and that picture is still haunting me. Yet none of you seemed to notice that the same thing happened to Stephanie. Hell... she posed for Playboy... I've got a copy right here... but I bet this is the 2nd copy sold... and the 1st one probably went to John Cena, or Mickie James. She posed for these pictures... and yet nobody cared. This got my thinking... why is it that you people seem to have so little interest in Stephanie McMahon? Is she just ugly? Or is she old news? Perhaps she just doesn't have a body that interests people. I don't know, but what I do know, is that Stephanie messed with the wrong person. It's not my fault you posed naked, and the people still don't care. It's not my fault they ignored your nipples being on show, where as they still get excited by mine a year on. Honestly... Stephanie... you're not getting any younger. Maybe it's time to consider getting some work done. Getting some help. Making yourself hotter. I mean, after all, it can only help your career, right? I'm not one to encourage implants. Hell, I've made a name for myself by bursting the implants of girls around here. But for you... maybe that's what it will take for people to give a damn about you. I've never believed it when the BP go around saying you need to be hot to wrestle, but frankly, you're giving the rest of us a bad name. Just because you were born a McMahon, doesn't mean you have a right to be in this ring. I think it's high time our paths crossed properly again. And this time... I won't let you off lightly like our First Blood match. Yes, I want the title, but before that, I want to drive Stephanie McMahon out of the EMF, and prove to her she should have retired long ago. People just don't care about you anymore. Not even posing naked helped you to change that. It's high time you just left the building, and let the people that actually have something to offer take over the show! This right here *she motions to Stephanie's playboy*.. I bet I couldn't even give this away. People just don't want to see you. They don't want to see you in magazines, and they don't want to see you on TV. You know it, and I know it. So either fight me at Hell on Earth, where I can put you on the shelf with the other wannabes, or else, just walk away. Either way... I'm happy.

(Nat drops the microphone and leaves the ring as we go to commercial.)

[We come back from commercial break to find Johnny Ringo and Mark Hunter are already in the ring.]

JR:This should be a good one here folks. Two of these guys were just in the main event for the World Championship at Return Of An Era, while Johnny Ringo comes into this match looking to prove himself here in the EMF.

King:If you ask me, all three of these men have something to prove. They all need to prove that they can win a match.

KG:Do we even know if Chad Vargas is going to show up or not? Didn't he say he was leaving and jumping ship to another company?

JR:I guess we'll find out here in a moment.

["Entrance Theme" begins to play, and the audiance all look on in great anticipation. Finally, "The Confederate Icon" Chad Vargas emerges and walks out onto the stage. Carrying his trusty guitar over his shoulder, he stops for a moment and points and yells out at the fans. He begins to walk down the ramp towards the ring, when all hell breaks loose. Suddenly, from out of nowhere, Chad Vargas is laid out by a massive clotheseline from behind. Vargas goes down hard, dropping his guitar and rolling part of the way down the ramp, methodically followed by Death. The camera suddenly cuts back to the ring, where Avarice, Fate and Salvation have emerged from the audiance and slid into the ring. Completely taking Johnny Ringo and Mark Hunter by surprise, easily taking both men down with blitzkriez style attacks. On the ramp, Death stands over Vargas, staring at him. Death picks up the guitar, and then watches as Vargas struggles to his feet. Once standing, Death shatters the guitar over his head, sending him crashing back to the ramp. In the ring, Avarice, Fate and Salvation are having their way with Johnny Ringo and Mark Hunter. Avarice whips Mark Hunter into a corner and follows him in with a hard clothesline, which is followed by a second from Salvation. Salvation immediately whips Hunter back out of the corner to Fate, who deftly spins him around and hooks both of his arms into a full nelson. After a brief moment, Fate drives Hunter backwards to the canvas with a Full Nelson Suplex. The three men stand there, surrounding Johnny Ringo has managed to use the ropes to get his feet. Silent, the three Harbingers silently watching his every move. Suddenly, Death slides into the ring, and with the quickness of a panther, lunges between his brothers and takes Ringo down with a flying leg larriet. Death pops back to his feet, and stands over Ringo, looking down at him as he slowly draws his thumb across his throat. He pulls Ringo up by his head, then kicks him in the stomach, doubling him over. Death tucks Ringo's head between his legs, and the underhooks each of his arms. He looks to each of his three brothers, the smile can be seen on his face under his half mask, as he lifts Johnny Rino up to a verticle position, and turns, dropping him face first to the canvas with "The Shanked". Death stands up, and all four of The Harbingers stand in the ring, looking at the carnage they have wrought, when "Balls To The Wall" by Chimaira begins to play. Paul Heyman walks out onto the stage, a huge smile on his face, and a microphone in his hand. He stops at the edge of the stage, taking inventory of The Harbingers have done, his smile growing ever larger.]

CEO Paul Heyman:"Ladies and gentlemen, I give you......THE HARBINGERS! *Crowd Boos Loudly* You see, this is exactly what we've been talking about. This is exactly what we were warning each and every one of you about. None of you wanted to listen though. None of you wanted to heed the warnings, and so these three men had to be sacrificed in order for our point to be made. Don't sit there staring at the ring as if none of you saw this coming. I mean, lets face it, The Harbingers just saved you all from having gone home and talking about how you wasted your money to see a triple threat match between these three losers. Two of these guys just lost to John Cena, and the other is the long lost love child of The Beattle's drummer. Who the hell has ever heard of "Johnny Ringo"? Better question would be, who the hell cares about Johnny Ringo? These three men have been tried, and found guilty. They have been given their punishment, and now it is time for the entire EMF to heed our warning. The Harbingers will not stop. The violence will not stop. The Carnage will not stop. One by one, every member of the EMF roster will fall to The Harbingers, until they are given what they rightly deserve. Until they are able to capture what rightfully belongs to them. That being any, and every championship that they would lay a claim to. You see, over the past few days, I've taken an inventory of the champions here in the Extreme Measures Federation, and with the exception of one, they have all been found to be lacking. Jack Moore is the only worthy champion this company has right now. The Rock hasn't been properly challenged for his Extreme Championship in so long, that people are started to thing his title reign is just another part of one of his terrible movies. Mack O'Connor, who just two weeks ago defeated Troy Gafgen for the Intercontinenal Championship, lost his first match afterwards to Jack Moore. So, how does that make him a worthy champion when he can't even win a non title match against, as far as most of you are concerned, a bottom tier champion? And don't even get me started on John Cena and Amy Dumas, sitting pretty in some fucking pent house suite, the World Tag Team Championships collecting dust on a damn corner shelf. Those two haven't defended those titles since John Paul The Second was still the damn Pope! And then there is our wonderful World Heavyweight Champion, John Cena. Oh, such a fighting champion he's has turned out to be. Constantly defending the title against the likes of Mark Hunter and Chad Vargas. Never a truly worthy opponent. Never an opponent who can truly challenge Cena, and push him to his limits. Until now, that is. You see, the rules have changed people. Everything has changed. This is no longer your father's EMF. There are no more rules of engagement. The days of wading through meaningless match after meaningless match just to earn a shot to be the number one contender are long gone. The Harbingers will not be ignored. They will not sit idly by and wait for opportunities to come to them. They will force the issue. They will continue to do things their way. They will continue to pass judgement and serve punishment to those who stand between them and what they desire and deserve. And to any who have the balls big enough to try and stand in opposition to them is that this is the dawning of a brand new era in the Extreme Measures Federation. This is the era of The Harbingers. You are all going to attend The Church Of Salvation. You will all worship at the altar of Fate. You will learn to cast away your Avarice. For if you don't, you'll learn, that in the end, Death comes for us all!"

JR-Daniel Bryan could have made this match for the IC title, but he rejected it.

Mack gets connected with a front missile drop kick that knocks down Mack O’Connor. He goes into the cover on Mack O’Connor, the ref counts the 1……………2………….KICK OUT by Mack O’Connor.]

But Daniel Bryan slides out of the back, drives Mack down, and he locks in the No Lock!]

JR-Daniel Bryan locked in the No Lock.

King-Mack has got to find a way out of this hold.

[Daniel Bryan holds on the move, and then the ref asks if he gives up. Mack rolls through, and then Daniel Bryan holds on. But Mack O’Connor is able to grab a hold of the ropes, and the ref counts 4, Daniel Bryan breaks move. Daniel Bryan yells at the ref. He turns back as Mack O’Connor gets up to his feet.
