EMF: Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, and we go into the Saturday Shockwave video.)

(We go into a darken arena as pyrotechnics blasts on the stage, and the lights turn on as fans yell, and wave their signs. Some signs say “AJ confuses everyone”, “To the Pond Mobile!”, and “YIPEEE!”)

JR-Welcome to Saturday Shockwave, I’m good ol’ JR, Jim Ross along side Jerry “the King” Lawler, and Kris “KG” Gaffney.

King-And we have an…interesting tag match as Kane and Kevin Bourne face Mike New and Tony Ikeda.

Kris Gaffney-Both these teams have faced each other, but Kane and Bourne both have reasons to hate Tony Ikeda, and Bourne. So interesting is probably the right word.

(The EMF tron lights up backstage as Michael Cole is standing by to conduct an interview with Daniel Bryan, and Angelina Love.)

.::Michael Cole::.-I’m here with former television champion Daniel Bryan, and Angelina Love who are going to tell us the meaning of life….

(Suddenly AJ Lee randomly skips into the picture. The three watch them as she skips around them, and then skips off. The camera zooms into Daniel Bryan who’s eye twitches, and then he yells out.)

.::Daniel Bryan::.-NO!....NO!!....NO!!!

(We fade back into the ring.)

(“Degenerate’s theme” blasts on the PA system as Degenerate walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Degenerate is looking to gain some momentum around the EMF.

King-Probably a good time to face the IC champion.

Kris Gaffney-After all, he does have AJ Lee distracting him.

(‘The Heretic Anthem” blasts on the PA system as Troy Gafgen walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Troy has had AJ Lee show up a few times, and helped him get a few wins.

King-Kind of weird, considering that he said he thought she was scary.

[Degenerate and Troy Gafgen pace around the ring, they lock up. Degenerate is pushed down by Troy Gafgen’s superior strength, and he pushes Degenerate back, and Degenerate crashes into the mat, and he rolls out of the ring. Degenerate thinks of new ways to get this match under control, and then Troy Gafgen from the inside of the ring is able to pull Degenerate by the hair on to the apron. Degenerate is looking for a way out of the grip of Troy Gafgen’s hands, and Degenerate counters this with a hang man that snaps Troy Gafgen’s neck off of the top rope. Degenerate climbs up to the top rope, and measures up on Troy Gafgen, and he leaps off of the top rope, and he hits a double axe handle. This takes down Troy Gafgen to one knee, and Degenerate backs up, and then he thinks of something to do with this situation. He runs to the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes, he leaps up, and he hits a hurricanarana that sends Troy Gafgen flying into the corner, and he crashes head first into the top turnbuckle. Troy Gafgen is hanged over the top rope dazed after this last move, and then Degenerate backs into the opposite corner, and he charges at Troy and he leaps in the air, and he hits a flying splash that smashes Troy Gafgen into the corner. Degenerate backs out of the corner, and then Degenerate backs out as Troy Gafgen stumbles backwards right into the waiting Degenerate who hooks Troy Gafgen, and then drops him for the reverse DDT. Degenerate seeing that Troy’s down, but wanting to do more damage to the much bigger Troy Gafgen, he decides to go into the corner, and he pulls himself up to the second turnbuckle. Degenerate measures his jump, and leaps off of the second rope, and he hits a second rope elbow drop that connects with the chest of Troy Gafgen. Degenerate decides that this time is better than anytime to go for a cover. Degenerate does go for that before mentioned cover as clearly I just randomly started to pad this. He hooks the leg, and the ref counts the 1…………2…………..Troy Gafgen kicks out with authority Degenerate can’t believe that Troy Gafgen still has that fight lift in him. Troy Gafgen is on his hands, and knee’s. As Troy starts to raise up, Degenerate charges at him, and he hits a low drop kick.]

JR-So far the veteran Degenerate has neutralize the height advantage of Troy Gafgen.

King-Troy probably didn’t think that was going to happen.

Kris Gaffney-He probably wished it didn’t happen, now he doesn’t look so cool with AJ Lee skipping around somewhere.

King-She’s probably more worried about her skipping, I’m sure she won’t notice.

[Degenerate gets up, and calls for the end of the match, and then once he gets up to his feet Degenerate kicks Troy Gafgen to the gut, and he goes for D-Spike, But Troy Gafgen is able to push Degenerate off, and he goes flying into the ropes, and stumbles off right into a big boot to the face. Degenerate is down on the mat, and Troy Gafgen see’s this, and he runs to the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes, and he hits a high elbow drop that connects on Degenerate, both wrestlers are down on the mat, and the ref starts his standing ten count 1…………….2………….3………..Troy Gafgen rolls into the corner, and then tries to get up to his feet ……….4………..5………Troy Gafgen is able to get up to his feet just as Degenerate in the middle of the ring is able to stumble up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet he see’s that Troy Gafgen is up in the corner, and then he charges at Troy, and leaps for a big splash. But Troy Gafgen moves out of the way, and Degenerate crashes into the corner, and he stumbles out of the corner backwards, and Troy Gafgen puts Degenerate into a waist lock, and then he hits a release german suplex that sends Degenerate flying down on the mat, and this gives Troy Gafgen sometime to rest up. Degenerate is slow to recover, and once he gets up to his feet Troy Gafgen is able to get up to his feet, and he hits a diving clothesline that knocks him down on the mat. Degenerate gets up fairly fast, and he throws a wild fist to the face of Troy Gafgen, and he blocks it, and he hits one of his own, and then another. This backs up Degenerate to the ropes, and Troy Gafgen whips him to the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes. Troy Gafgen lowers his head, and then he hits a big back body drop that sends Degenerate flying into the air, and crashing down on the mat. Degenerate holds his back as he gets up to his feet. Troy Gafgen picks up Degenerate, and then he lifts him in the air. He drops him into the mat with a military press slam. Degenerate stays down on the mat, and Troy Gafgen picks up Degenerate, and he puts him into a power bomb position, and then he lifts him up, and he drives him down with a power bomb! Troy Gafgen goes into the cover on Degenerate, and the ref counts the 1…………2……..KICK OUT by Degenerate!]

JR-Almost three by Troy Gafgen.

King-Degenerate has probably been looking to try to get a win like this for a while, you got to wonder if he’ll let himself lose.

Kris Gaffney-Why? Degenerate’s a good superstar, but not sure he’s known for hulking up or anything.

[Degenerate gets pulled up by Troy Gafgen, and then he whips Troy Gafgen to the ropes, and then Troy lowers his head. Degenerate counters with a swinging neck breaker that connects. Degenerate takes a few moments to rest up,a nd once Troy Gafgen gets up to his feet. He hits a kick to the gut that doubles him over, and then he hits a DDT. Degenerate gets up to his feet, and calls for the D-Spike. Suddenly from backstage AJ Lee comes down, and skips around ring side, Degenerate watches her confused as she’s skipping, behind him Troy gets up to his feet. He turns around Degenerate around, and he goes for the Crack of Dawn, it looks like he might have hit it, but Degenerate blocks it by flipping over before the contact had been made right into a jack knife cover that surprises Troy for the 1………..2………3!]

King-Whoa…major back fire here.

JR-You can’t win them all King, but yeah, the third time was not the charm for Troy.

(AJ Lee looks disappointed, and for no reason she starts to skip around Degenerate who is a bit weirded out on this whole thing as Shockwave goes to commercial, and we come back.)

(AJ Lee looks disappointed, and for no reason she starts to skip around Degenerate who is a bit weirded out on this whole thing as Shockwave goes to commercial, and we come back.)

("Generic Theme" blasts out as Miss Jackie makes her way onto the ramp.)

JR: Miss Jackie is once again the number one contender.... looking to win the title for the 9th time.

King: But AJ Lee, the General Manager, isn't too impressed about that.

Kris: Well she has a chance to at least get some retribution right here...

("Light It Up" blasts out as AJ Lee comes out onto the ramp. She skips down to the ring.)

JR: AJ Lee has been showing a keen interest in Troy Gafgen lately.... The Intercontinental Champion sure is a lucky guy.

King: She didn't seem too impressed when he lost earlier though.

Kris: I'm sure her mind is only focused on Jackie right now... well, Jackie and Amy anyway.

(The bell sounds and the match begins. The 2 divas lock up. AJ quickly hammers away on Jackie and then knocks her down with a clothesline. As Jackie gets up, facing away from AJ, AJ hits her with a chop block. Jackie goes down holding her leg and AJ begins to stomp away on it. Jackie rolls out of the way and tries to get back to her feet but her leg is clearly hurting, seeing as AJ had focused on it in their last match too. AJ rolls Jackie up for 1.... kick out. She then just gets on top of Jackie and starts hammering away with some hard right hands, and Jackie seems powerless to defend herself.)

JR: Not the start Miss Jackie had in mind...

King: AJ seems pissed... and it's certainly helping her.

Kris: Maybe she truly is Amy's best friend...

King: Yes, because Amy picks her friends based on win/loss records.... that's why her and Cena are so close...

*Someones sarcasm detector explodes*

(Jackie is finally able to block a shot from AJ and battle back to her feet. AJ charges at Jackie again, but Jackie ducks under her clothesline attempt, and then catches AJ with a clothesline of her own as AJ turns around. Jackie lifts AJ up and hits a snapmere, and then follows it up with a hard dropkick to the face. AJ goes down and Jackie seems to have recovered. She waits for AJ to get up and then hurls AJ into the ropes and hits the big boot. She runs off the ropes and hits the Leg Drop of DOOOOOOOOOOOOOM on AJ. She goes into the cover for 1.... 2.... kick out. Jackie calls for the F-Off.)

JR: Could be a very short match...

King: Thanks for coming AJ.

Kris: I think she's bitten off a bit more than she can chew here.

(AJ Lee stumbles to her feet, and Jackie picks her up, looking for the F-Off. AJ is able to battle out of the back of the move though. Out of desperation she again hits a chop block on Jackie's leg. She lifts Jackie to her feet, and then kicks her in the gut. As Jackie goes down AJ runs off the ropes looking for the Shining Wizard.... and hits it! AJ smirks thinking it's done and drops into the cover for 1...... 2...................... NO Jackie gets the shoulder out at the last moment. AJ looks pissed. She calls for something else, and then picks Jackie up, and positions her for Amy's finisher, the Reverse of Fates. Jackie sees it coming and elbows her off... and then hits AJ with a neckbreaker. AJ goes down and Jackie regains her composure. AJ stumbles back up and Jackie hoists her up and hits the F-Off. Jackie goes into the cover for 1.... 2.... 3!)

JR: Well AJ put up a fight... but in the end....

(Before JR can finish, Natasha Jones slides into the ring. She looks at Jackie... and Jackie slides out of the ring. Nat begins to stalk AJ Lee. AJ Lee gets up and then Nat takes her down with a hard right hand. Nat then applies her submission hold again (An edgecator, but elevating the opponent by grabbing both of their breasts and crushing them). AJ screams in pain and begins to tap out, but Natasha doesn't seem to care.)

JR: This is the move she calls "Tit Panic" that had Amy in pain last week.

King: She really doesn't help herself with all these Titanic references...

(Suddenly we see Amy Dumas coming down the ramp. Natasha spots her, and breaks the hold, sliding out of the ring. AJ looks in pain although she seems to be more concerned about her legs and back than her breasts like Amy was. AJ tries to stand but can't. Amy just stares down Natasha as she backs up the ramp, shouting something at her. Amy turns to AJ, whose face is screwed up with pain, but when Amy looks at her, she gets a huge smile, and stares at Amy. Amy looks weirded out as we go to commercial.)

(“If You Smell” blasts on the PA system as the Rock walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Last week the Rock seemed to have a world championship shot in hand, but it seemed like Dewey Pond had other idea’s.

King-No idea what those idea’s might be.

Kris Gaffney-Not sure it’s an offer he can’t refuse….because I’m pretty sure he’d refuse that.

(“Bad Company” blasts on the PA system as Shawn Pond walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-The brother of Dewey Pond is no push over.

King-Yeah, and I think if there is a chance to get Bad Company back to where they were, they are going to do whatever it takes.

[The Rock and Shawn Pond pace around the ring, and they lock up, and the Rock takes him down with a release arm drag. Shawn Pond gets up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. The Rock hits a hard few fists to the face, and then he backs up to his feet. The Rock hits a him with a few hard fists to the face, and this backs him up, and then he backs up to the ropes. He gets whipped to the ropes, and then he bounces off of the ropes, the Rock lowers his head, and the Rock gets hit with a kick to the head. The Rock stumbles backwards, and then he stumbles back to the ropes, and then Shawn Pond measures up, and he charges at the Rock, the Rock counters by throwing Shawn Pond out of the ring. Shawn Pond is able to land on his feet on the apron. The Rock turns around, and Shawn Pond tries to throw a fist to the face, but it’s blocked, and then the Rock hits a fist to the face of Shawn Pond. Pond is stunned, but Shawn Pond reaches out, and pokes the Rock in the eyes. The Rock stumbles backwards as Pond tries to rest. The Rock charges at the ropes, and sling shots the ropes that makes Shawn Pond fall back into the ring, and the Rock waits for him to get up to his feet, and he picks up Shawn Pond, and hits a body slam on Shawn Pond. He drops a knee drop to the face, the Rock pulls Shawn Pond into a seated position, and puts on a chin lock. The Rock holds on the move, and Shawn Pond looks for a way out of the hold, and Shawn Pond gets up to his feet as the Rock is able to hold on the pressure. Shawn Pond is up to his feet, and then he hits a few elbows to the side of the Rock. Shawn Pond is able to get away from the rock, and then he runs to the ropes. Shawn Pond bounces off of the ropes, The Rock goes for a clothesline, but it’s ducked under by Shawn Pond who continues to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. But as he’s coming at the Rock, the Rock is able to counter this with a belly to belly over head throw that sends Shawn Pond flying into the air. He comes crashing down on the mat, and he gets up to his feet. The Rock hits an inverted atomic drop that stumbles back Shawn Pond, the Rock hits a few fists to the face, and then this backs up Shawn Pond into the corner. The Rock stops for a moment as Shawn Pond is in the corner, he spits on his fist, and he hits a hard spit punch. Shawn Pond almost falls out of the ring, but he doesn’t. He stumbles forward, the Rock whips Shawn Pond hard into the corner. He crashes into the corner. The Rock hits the samoan drop, the Rock goes into the cover on Shawn Pond, the ref counts the 1…………2………KICK OUT by Shawn Pond.]

JR-Almost three.

King-Seems like the Rock is more aggressive.

Kris Gaffney-Well, I’m sure it was bad that he lost a championship, but the fact that New became an issue too because of it also probably is making the Rock take it out on Shawn Pond.

[The Rock picks up Shawn Pond, and then he whips him to the ropes, and then he bounces off of the ropes. He comes off of the ropes. The Rock lowers his head, and the Rock gets kicked to the face, this time Shawn Pond learning from his previous failing with this same situation grabs the Rock by the hair, and throws him hard into the ring post. The Rock is pain, and Shawn Pond takes a few moments to rest up, and once the Rock pulls himself up to the corner. Shawn Pond realizes that he’ll have to do something to make sure that he gets the rest that he needs. Shawn Pond runs at the Rock, and leaves his feet in the air, and he hits a big splash in the corner, and Shawn Pond backs up, and then Shawn Pond waits as the Rock stumbles out of the corner, from there Shawn Pond whips the Rock into the corner opposite side of the ring. Shawn Pond runs at the corner, and jumps up he then hits a monkey flip that sends the Rock flying on, crashing hard on the mat. Shawn Pond see’s that the Rock is in the seated position, so he runs to the ropes. He comes off of the ropes, and he hits a knee to the face that takes down the Rock. Shawn Pond gets up to his feet, and he goes to the outside fo the ring. He goes up to the top rope, and once he’s one on the top rope. He measures up on the Rock, The Rock is up to his feet. Shawn Pond leaps off of the top rope, and he hits a flying back elbow that connects on the Rock. Shawn Pond gets up to his feet, and says something to the crowd. He picks up the Rock, and he sets him up in a piledriver position. He lifts up the Rock, and he hits a sitdown pile driver! Shawn Pond goes into the cover on the Rock for the 1………..2……..KICK OUT by the Rock.]

JR-What a move.

King-Meh…they never let that move get over, even now it was outlawed else where.

Kris Gaffney-Catherine Walker just text me saying “when she grows up, she’ll beat someone with it for you”.

King-That’s worse…the spawn of McMahon/X-Clod, when are we going to get the HoRdE kids in here?

[Shawn Pond pulls up the Rock, and then he whips him to the ropes, but it’s reversed by the Rock. The Rock hits the Spine on the Pine, the Rock sets up, and motions for the People’s Elbow. Big Sal jumps on the apron, but before he can distract the Rock for long, Daniel Bryan pulls Big Sal off of the apron, and he starts to brawl with Big Sal, The Rock is watching this. Shawn Pond comes behind the Rock, and rolls him up for the 1………2…….Kick Out. Shawn Pond is getting up first, suddenly the Rock nips up. Pond charges at the Rock, the Rock counters with the Rock Bottom! The Rock goes into the cover on Shawn Pond, the ref counts the 1……….2…….3!]

(“Game on” blasts on the PA system as Tony Ikeda walks to the ring “The Fire Rises/Swagga like us” blasts on the PA system as Mike New walks to the ring.)

JR-This team might seem weird on paper, but it has been said that Tony Ikeda had something to do with Mike New debuting in the EMF.

King-Maybe I can send him a Bain mask for that.

Kris Gaffney-Sure he’d like that.

(“Hero” blasts on the PA system as Kevin Bourne walks to the ring. “Veil of Fire” blasts on the PA system as Kane walks to the ring.)

JR-This is another interesting team right here.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah, they might not get along, but they do have a common hatred of Mike New.

King-And Road….ESPECIALLY ROAD!

[ Kane and Kevin Bourne argue who is going to start out first. Finally Bourne wins out, and Kane goes back to his corner. Kevin Bourne and Mike New start in the ring, and they pace around the ring. Kane, still not happy is able to take himself in as Kevin Bourne comes near him, and Kevin Buorne doesn’t like this, but it seems like Mike New doesn’t really give a damn he charges at Kane, and Kane is able to block it, and then he hits a hang man, and then Kane rolls into the ring as Mike New stumbles backwards, and Mike New goes for a House of Pain, but Kane is able to duck it, and he continues to the other side of the ring, and he leaps in the air as Mike New turns around, and he is able to knock down Mike New. Mike New gets up to his feet, and then he gets hit with a few fists to the face. Kane hits a upper cut that stumbles backwards, and then Kane tries to whip Mike New to the ropes, but it’s reversed. He bounces off of the ropes. Mike New lowers his head. Kane hits a running DDT that plants Mike New. Kane grabs Mike New by the hair, and he twists his arm, and then he hits a few short arm shoulder blocks to stun Mike New, and then he drags him into the corner, and he puts his hand out, and Kevin Bourne tags in. Kevin Bourne climbs up to the top rope, and he measures up, and he comes off of the top rope, and comes down with a double axe handle on the arm. Mike New falls to his knee, Kevin Bourne backs up, and he hits a drop kick to the side of the face that makes him roll into the corner, and then Mike New gets up to his feet, and Mike New gets hit with a few kicks to the gut by Kevin Bourne, and then he sets up Mike New who is stunned enough, and Kevin Bourne climbs up to the second rope. He waits for Mike New to get up after he crashed into the corner. Mike New is slow to get up to his feet. Once he is up to where Bourne waits him, he measures up, and he leaps off of the second for a second rope missile drop kick that knocks him down on the mat. Mike New is down on the mat, but clearly not down just yet. Kevin Bourne picks him up, and then he throws him hard into the ring post. New falls out of the corner fairly fast, even though he did a turnbuckle move before. Kevin Bourne see’s this chance to do another, and he climbs up to the top rope, he measures up, and he leaps off of the top rope, and he connects with a frog splash. Bourne hooks the leg, and the ref counts the 1………………..2…………KICK OUT by Mike New.]

JR-Almost three there.

King-Mike New probably didn’t think that this team would gel.

Kris Gaffney- I still don’t think they are, they just been able to smash their opponents enough to keep them at bay thus far.

[Kevin Bourne seeing that he didn’t get the three doesn’t argue, instead he decides to go for the third high flying move, and he climbs out of the ring, and up to the top rope, he measures up as New gets up to his feet. Kevin Bourne leaps off of the top rope, and then he gets caught by Mike New. New holds him for a few moments, and then he throws him across the ring. He goes crashing into the mat, and he rolls out of the ring, and Mike New looks up, and see’s that Tony Ikeda is ready for the tag as he holds out his hand. New crawls, he’s almost there. Kevin Bourne rolls into the ring, and then he tries to stop New. But he’s too late, and he makes the tag to Tony Ikeda. Kevin Bourne tries to throw a fist to Tony Ikeda. Tony iKeda counters with a rake to the eyes, and this stumbles backwards Kevin Bourne. Tony Ikeda comes into the ring, and he knocks Kevin Bourne down with a clothesline. Kevin Bourne goes down on the mat, and Tony Ikeda hits another clothesline that knocks down Kevin Bourne on the mat, and Kevin Bourne gets up to his feet. Once he gets up to his feet. Kevin Bourne hits a few fists to the face, and this backs up to his feet. Once he gets up to his feet. Tony Ikeda picks up Kevin Bourne and hits a back breaker on Kevin Bourne. This puts Bourne on the mat for what he wants as Tony Ikeda goes to the outside of the ring, and he sling shots himself over the top rope, and he hits a sling elbow drop that connects on Bourne. Bourne rolls away. Tony whips Bourne off of the ropes, and lowers his head, but Bourne counters with a kick to he face. Tony, and Bourne fall backwards, both get tagged by their respective partners. Kane comes into the ring, and he goes for a wild fist to the face. But Tony Ikeda is able to duck under, and he lifts up Kane as New is in the ring, and Tony Ikeda and Mike New hit a belly to back, reverse neck break combo on Kane. Tony Ikeda rolls out of the ring, and Mike New motions for a choke slam, Kane gets up to his feet, and Kane turns around and New grabs Kane around the throat. Kane hits a kick to the gut which breaks Mike New’s grip. Kane falls into the corner, and then he charges out of the corner, and Mike New hits a spinning spine buster into the cover. The ref counts the 1……………2………………Kevin Bourne comes into the ring, and he breaks up the cover on Mike New. Bourne stays in the ring as New eyes Bourne. Which is returned by Bourne towards Mike New.]

JR-I don’t like where this is going.

King-Were a wrestling show…were suppose to like where this is going.

Kris Gaffney-Maybe they’ll just hug.

[Mike New and Kevin Bourne get in each other’s face, they talk trash, and then they start to hammer away, and brawl uncontrollably, the ref tries to get them to stop it. Trying to push Bourne away from New. Bourne pushes down the ref. The ref gets up, and looks like he’s going to DQ Bourne, but thinks about it. But New tries to continue the brawling. The ref grabs his hand, but New throws him down on the mat. The ref throws the match on a No Contest, and then the two team start to brawl.]

JR-This match has broken down.

King-Not surprised.

(Bourne and New finally get separated, and as he’s being pushed out. Kane isn’t looking too happy at Bourne. Saturday Shockwave goes off the air as the two teams are still trying to get at each other.)
