EMF: Saturday Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, and the EMF shockwave introduction video begins to play. We go into the darken arena as pyrotechnics blasts on the stage, once they end the lights turn on. The location information flashes on the screen as fans wave their signs, and scream. Some of the signs say "Maria explains the Cardinals problems", "your ignorant!", and "Troy is my hero")

JR-Welcome to Saturday Shockwave, we have quite a show tonight headlined by the teleivison championship match in a cage match. I'm good ol' JR along side Jerry "the King" Lawler

King-WE will also figure out the person who will face the winner at Return of an Era in a few weeks.

Kris Gaffney-Sometime I should get a title

("Sunglasses at Night" blasts on the PA system as Brandon Eastman walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-This match might be a little more personal for Brandon Eastman than any match, I'm sure the last Pond match sticks in his mind.

King-Well…he didn't care much about it after it.

Kris Gaffney-Doesn't mean it doesn't bug him!

("Bad Company" blasts on the PA system as Dewey Pond walks to the ring, he slides into the ring.)

JR-Despite his grace in defeat, many people believe that Dewey Pond should be IC champion.

King-Well gotta respect that.

Kris Gaffney-I suppose

[Brandon Eastman and Dewey Pond pace around the ring, Dewey Pond charges at Brandon Eastman. Brandon Eastman goes for clothesline, but Dewey Pond ducks it, and continues to the other side of the ring. Dewey Pond bounces off of the ropes, and as Brandon Eastman turns around. Brandon Eastman gets hit with a flying shoulder block that knocks Brandon Eastman backwards. Dewey Pond measures up, and hits a standing drop kick that sends Brandon Eastman backwards once again, and Brandon Eastman trips on the ropes, and falls through the ropes, and on to the mat around ring side. Dewey Pond measures up as Brandon Eastman gets up to his feet, and Dewey Pond sling shots himself over the top rope, and goes for a cross body block, but Brandon Eastman catches Dewey Pond in mid air, and transfers him over his shoulder and runs at the corner, but before he can hurl Dewey Pond to the ring post, Dewey Pond slides out of the back of Brandon Eastman. Dewey Pond pushes Brandon Eastman towards the ring post, and Brandon Eastman crashes into the ring post, Brandon Eastman stumbles around, Dewey Pond rolls Brandon Eastman into the ring. Dewey Pond climbs up to the top rope, and waits for Brandon Eastman to get up. Once he does, Dewey Pond leaps off the top rope, and hits him with a missile drop kick.]

King-You know if this was a Booker T match, it would be over?

Scott Steiner-Bookah Tea? Where he at!?

Kris Gaffney-You had to mention him…

[Dewey Pond goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1…………………..2………………..kick out by Brandon Eastman with authority! Dewey Pond goes flying, and Pond is a bit slow to get up as he's recovering from the shock of being thrown that far. As he gets up to his feet, Brandon Eastman hits a running big boot to the face of Dewey Pond. Dewey Pond is on the mat, and Brandon Eastman falls back on the ropes, and takes this time to rest up, and Dewey Pond gets up to his feet, and charges at Brandon Eastman. Brandon Eastman side steps Dewey Pond, and hits a hot shot that sends Dewey Pond into the ring ropes throat first. Dewey Pond's head bounces off of the top rope, and he stumbles out of the ropes, and Brandon Eastman is waiting for him. Brandon Eastman grabs Dewey Pond by the throat, sets him up, lifts him, and drives him down with a choke slam. Brandon Eastman doesn't go for the cover, instead he pulls him up, and sets him up in a power bomb/piledriver position as he motions to the crowd that he's going to hit the Jagerbomb. As I look for creativity ways to make this just a little bit longer, which I did, blah to you. Dewey Pond counters with a back body drop before Brandon Eastman can hit the move, both wrestlers are down on the mat looking to figure out another strategy.]

JR-These two wrestlers are giving it their all.

King-Now it's just a matter of who will take control of this match, and win this match.

Kris Gaffney-That's easier said than done..

[Dewey Pond, and Brandon Eastman get up to their feet. Dewey Pond hits a few fists to the face, and Brandon Eastman backs up. Dewey Pond whips Brandon Eastman to the ropes Brandon Eastman bounces off the ropes, and hits a kick to the face on Dewey Pond stopping the Dew Drop attempt. Brandon Eastman kicks Dewey Pond in the gut, and goes for the Jagerbomb once again, but Dewey Pond is able to take down Brandon Eastman for a double leg take down, and puts Brandon Eastman into a jackknife cover, and is able to hold him down for the 1………………….2……………3!]

JR-Dewey Pond surprised Eastman again, and won this match.

King-I've always been a fan of those covers.

Kris Gaffney-But Bret Hart isn't…

(Our scene opens. We see John Cena approaching his office, with Amy Cena by his side. He opens the door, and steps inside.)

Cena: I'll tell you... the first person who knocks on that door and disturbs us is going to be lucky if they don't get a pink slip on the spot....

(He flicks the lights on, and sees Randy Orton standing in the middle of his office.)

Cena: What the.... what the hell are you doing here?

.::Randy Orton::.-Interestingly enough not here for a pink slip, that's for sure.

(Cena rolls his eyes)

Cena: In that case you better make this quick... because we have... plans.

.::Randy Orton::.-I won't be going no where Cena until you explain why Myke Hawke had to be in that match at Payback. Our deal was to have it one on one, yet that screw up did what I expected, and ruined everything for me. I should be here EMF champion, yet I'm not, so what are you going to do about it?

Cena: Look... I know Myke Hawke is a big deal around here at the moment... but I don't think his presence in that match has anything to do with you not being the champion. If anything... it helped you. You didn't even have to beat Dan Godwin and you could have been champion.

.::Randy Orton::.-That was our point Cena, I get in the ring with Godwin, I'd make sure he's out of your hair for good. Now it's going to be even more difficult for you, and me, because now I need to focus on making Godwin give me the match that I deserve.

Cena: You still had a match with Godwin, didn't you? You still had every oppertunity to get rid of the bastard. But you didn't. You let him walk out of there unharmed... AND with the title. I fail to see how thats my fault..

.::Randy Orton::.-Exactly why I didn't need Myke Hawke in there, you screwed yourself Cena. But don't worry, Godwin's not safe, and I will make sure that I forefill my end. But for now, I expect you to do something about this, but trust me I won't stop until I kick Godwin in the skull, and end his career.

Cena: Well I hope your right.... but don't expect any help from me... you had the chance, and you blew it. If you want to face Godwin again... I suggest challenging him yourself.

.::Randy Orton::.-I can promise you that Godwin won't make it to another match, and when he does, I expect you to hand me the EMF championship, we clear?

Cena: Alright... if you put him on the shelf.. for good... then I will give you the championship. But it has to be done properly. I want there to be no chance whatsoever of Dan Godwin ever stepping into this ring again.

.::Randy Orton::.-You can bank on it Cena, not too much gets by me...

(Orton opens the door as Legacy jumps at Orton, Orton side steps them, they both run into wall, and act like turtles turned on their back.)

Ted Jr.-Still think we should stick to the plan?

Cody Rhodes-Were definately ready.

.::Randy Orton::.-See...

Cena: Wel don't waste anymore time Randy... go find Godwin... the sooner you put him out... the sooner you get your title.

(Orton nods, and leaves.)

("Angel on my shoulder" blasts on the PA system as Velvet Sky poses on the top of the stage as she walks to the ring. "Light a Fire" blasts on the PA system as Fyre runs down the ramp.)

JR-Many people wonder how these two women are going to get along.

King-Right now, I don't care about any of that as I'm just enjoying watching Fyre run.

Kris Gaffney-One day she's going to knock herself out.

("Legs like that" blasts on the PA system as Katie Lea, and Maria walk to the ring, they step inside of the ring.)

JR-These two might not have anymore luck being on the same page.

King-I don't think so…Maria just annoys Katie, she doesn't hate her.

Kris Gaffney-Yet…

[Maria and Velvet Sky start in the ring, Velvet Sky talks some trash to Maria. Maria hits a push backwards, and Velvet laughs not paying attention she gets hit with a few forearm shots to the face by Maria, but Velvet Sky is able to counter with an eye poke. Velvet Sky hits a few fists to the face, and Maria stumbles backwards to the ropes, and Velvet Sky tries to whip Maria to the ropes. Maria bounces off of the ropes, and leaps in the air and she hits a flying forearm shot to the face, Maria nips up, and starts grabbing her hair for some reason, she stops screaming, and then finally she shrugs her shoulders, and Velvet Sky gets up to her feet, and Maria hits a running clothesline that knocks down Velvet Sky. Velvet Sky slowly gets up after that, and Maria hits a few forearm shots to the face, this backs up Velvet Sky into the corner, and Maria whips Velvet Sky into the opposite side of the ring. Maria comes into the corner, and she hits a clothesline in the corner, and before she backs out to allow Velvet Sky stumble out of the corner, she tags in Katie Lea. Katie Lea and Maria kick Velvet Sky in the gut as she stumbles out of the corner, and set up Velvet Sky in a vertical suplex, and hits a double snap suplex. Katie Lea decides to go for a high flying move, she goes through the ropes on to the apron, and she climbs up to the top rope. Velvet Sky gets up to her feet, and Katie Lea leaps off of the top rope, and catches Velvet Sky with a cross body block, and Katie Lea is able to hold her down for a pin. She gets the 1…………………………………………2…………………………Fyre comes into the ring, and quickly hits a elbow drop to break up the cover, Fyre doesn't really rush out of the ring. But really just takes her time, this gives Katie Lea the time to come up from behind, and hits a clubbing blow to the back of Fyre, and Fyre falls through the ropes, and on the arena floor.]

JR-Fyre saved the match for her team, but paid for it.

King-It would seem so.

Kris Gaffney-Katie probably felt really good doing that…Fyre bugs Katie for some reason.

[Katie Lea yells a few thigns at the downed Fyre on the outside, she turns around and pulls up Velvet Sky who hits a reverse jaw breaker on Katie Lea. Katie Lea falls down to the mat, and Velvet Sky dives, and makes the tag to Fyre who got up. Katie Lea gets up to her feet, and Katie Lea goes over to where Fyre is. Katie Lea gets hit with a shoulder block that stuns Katie Lea. Fyre sling shots herself over the top rope, and hits a reverse hurricanarana that sends Katie Lea flying into the corner, Katie Lea hits her head on the top turnbuckle, and Fyre takes a run at Katie Lea, and she hits a flying splash in the corner, and slowly she comes out of the corner. Katie Lea gets snapmared by Fyre, Fyre rusn to the ropes, and bounces off of the ropes, and she hits a low drop kick to Katie Lea who did not move from the position she was in. Fyre takes a few moments to yell a few things back to Katie Lea as she did earlier in the match, Fyre slaps the top of Katie Lea's head, and then she hits a few stomps on the downed Katie Lea. Fyre pulls up Katie Lea, and tries to whip her to the ropes, but it's reversed by Katie Lea. Fyre bounces off of the ropes. Velvet Sky makes a blind side tag. Fyre turns around looking not too pleased. But Katie Lea who didn't see the tag hits a drop kick to Fyre who falls out of the ring. Katie Lea turns around right into a DDT. Velvet Sky goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1…………………………2………………………………………..Katie Lea kicks out just before the three count.]

JR-That was somewhat unexpected.

Kris Gaffney-Not really…considering other matches.

King-Yeah…that's never good

[Velvet Sky looks surprised, she backs towards the ropes, and turns and takes a shot at Fyre that lands. Velvet Sky pays attention to Katie Lea who is getting up, but Fyre comes into the ring, and Fyre takes down Velvet Sky, and hits a few fists to the face. She gets up, and Katie Lea sneaks up on her, and school girls Fyre for the 1…………………2……………….3!]

King-What happened there.

Kris Gaffney-I think the punch was counted as a tag.

King-That's lame…

(Maria comes into the ring, and celebrates, too bad she didn't see Fyre coming with a kick to the gut, and a DDT. Fyre rolls out of the ring angry, and she leaves the ring area.)

("Through the fire and the flames" blasts on the PA system as Troy Gafgen walks to the ring, the crowd is booing him pretty loud. He steps inside of the ring.)

JR-What is this man thinking.

King-I just took one more step to being King's hero.

Kris Gaffney-That's the aim of everyone…

("Walk" blasts on the PA system as Rad Hazard walks to the ring, he slides into the ring.)

JR-Rad Hazard is the number one contender to the Extreme championship.

King-This should serve for a good warm up then.

Kris Gaffney-Notice there wasn't any real point to JR's comment.

[Rad Hazard, and Troy Gafgen pace around the ring, and Troy Gafgen locks up with Rad Hazard. But Rad Hazard not doing the smart thing thinks that he might be able to get the strength advantage on Rad Hazard for some reason, and that just isn't happening as Troy Gafgen backs Rad Hazard to the ropes, and he looks like he might even throw him to the outside, but he holds him there, and then with no DQ's. Troy Gafgen hits a knee lift to the gut that doubles over Rad Hazard. Tryo Gafgen brings Rad Hazard to hanging over the top rope, and with his free hand, he hits a large over head chop that echo's through the arena. Rad Hazard holds his chest in a lot of pain as Troy Gafgen let's Rad Hazard thinks about what he can do to him. Rad Hazard then gets hit with a running shoulder block by the much more powerful Troy Gafgen. Rad Hazard falls to the mat, and he rolls out of the ring. Rad Hazard stands on the outside in pain as Troy Gafgen goes to the outside, and goes after Rad Hazard who is trying to get up with the help of the table. Troy Gafgen comes from behind Rad Hazard, and hits his head on the table. Rad Hazard's head boucnes off of the table. Rad Hazard stumbles backwards. Troy Gafgen whips Rad Hazard into the steps, but that whip is reversed. Troy Gafgen hits into the ring steps feet first, and falls over the steps in pain, and is now on the mat in pain. Rad Hazard takes this time to try to rest up, and try to plan a new strategy to get this match back into his favor as he watches Troy Gafgen gets up to his feet. Troy Gafgen is up to his feet, so Rad trying anything charges at the ring steps, and leaps on top of them, and he goes fro a cross body block that's caughy by Troy Gafgen. Troy Gafgen goes over to the ring post, and drives Rad Hazard back first itno the ring post, and drops him. Rad Hazard is obviously in a lot of pain as you would hope he is. Troy Gafgen picks up Rad Hazard, and throws him into the ring. Troy Gafgen rolls back into the ring, and he taunts the crowd as they boo him loud. They start to chant for "Abyss", Troy Gafgen yells at the crowd, and for some reason is totally not paying attention to his opponent right now.]

JR-Troy better get his mind in the game, or he might cost himself this match.

King-Considering he just had his tongue down Stephanie McMahon's throat, I think I wouldn't be caring much about this match myself.

Kris Gaffney-If it was me…I'd be fearing for my life…

[Rad Hazard is up to his feet, and Troy Gafgen picks up Rad Hazard, and tries to charge into the corner with him. But Troy Gafgen loses his grip on his opponent, and Rad Hazard slides out of the back, and Rad Hazard pushes Troy Gafgen into the ring post. Troy Gafgen hits stretum first, and he stumbles backwards where Rad Hazard hits a drop kick to the back of the knee of Troy Gafgen bringing him down to one knee, and Rad Hazard sets him up as he stands up, and Rad Hazard drops him with a reverse DDT, and Rad Hazard is down on the mat, and can not capitalize on this move, and both wrestlers get up about the seven count, and Rad Hazard throws a fist to the face of Troy Gafgen but it get's blocked, and Rad Hazard gets hit with a big head butt that sends him down to the mat, and he gets up to his feet dazed, and Troy Gafgen confident that he has the match back in hand whips Rad Hazard to the ropes, Rad Hazard bounces off of the ropes. Troy Gafgen throws Rad Hazard in the air with his momentum, and as Rad Hazard is coming down to the mat, Rad Hazard turns it into a drop kick that lands on Troy Gafgen that stumbles Troy Gafgen backwards, and Troy Gafgen grabs the ropes to keep himself up, Rad Hazard goes into the corner, and is doing something with his back turned. Troy Gafgen charges at Rad Hazard, and Rad Hazard counters with a drop toe hold that sends Troy Gafgen face first into the an unprotected turnbuckle. Troy Gafgen stumbles around, and Rad Hazard kicks Troy Gafgen in the gut, and Rad Hazard hits a DDT on Troy Gafgen. Rad Hazard is still stunned from the moves he's taken thus far, so he rests up, and doesn't go for the cover, but he does decide to go for another big move as he rolls under the ring, and he climbs up to the top rope. Troy Gafgen slowly gets up to his feet. Rad Hazard leaps off of the top rope, and hits Troy Gafgen with a cross body block, and the ref counts the 1……………………………….2……………………………………kick out by Troy Gafgen!]

JR-Almost three on Troy Gafgen.

King-That wouldn't have been too good had he lost there.

Kris Gaffney-No…that is what you'd call…a huge momentum ruiner.

[Rad Hazard pulls up Troy Gafgen, but Troy Gafgen throws off Rad Hazard's hands, and hits the crack of dawn, and Troy Gafgen crawls into the cover, but suddenly Abyss comes into the ring, and smashes Troy Gafgen with a chair on the back, the ref yells at him, but he can't really do anything about it. Troy Gafgen gets up to his feet as Abyss hits him on the head, and Troy Gafgen falls out of the ring, and finally ref's and officials pour of the back, and separate the two as Troy is pushed through the crowd to go out of the arena another way as Abyss is pushed up the ramp as he's still staring down Troy Gafgen. Abyss turns around, and gets GORED by SammyExtreme!]

JR-It's SammyExtreme, we haven't seen him in months!

King-I knew it was a sign when I saw a flaming table.

Kris Gaffney-…..probably should have told someone.

King-Aw…I didn't feel like it…

("Drop the World" blasts on the PA system as Marc Mead walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Marc Mead lost the title, but we knew then it wasn't over.

King-Although Marc seemed to gain respect for Firestorm.

Kris Gaffney-Huh…wonder how that feels…no one respected me, hell Fyre has more respect in the wrestling community than me.

("Slither" blasts on the PA system as Firestorm walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR- Firestorm at Payback was able regain the television title.

King-All that work on his flux capacitor payed off.

[Marc Mead and Firestorm stare down at each other, and then they lock up, and Firestorm goes for a knee lift to the gut, but Marc Mead is able to catch it, and Marc Mead hits a back heel trip, and Firestorm hits an elbow drop to the inner part of the leg. Marc Mead then leaps, and hits a elbow drop to the downed Firestorm that lands on Firestorm. Marc Mead see's this chance, and he starts to climb up to the cage slide, and Firestorm comes from behind, and Marc Mead see's him coming, and he jumps down to the mat, and hits a diving clothesline on Firestorm, and Firestorm is down on the mat. Firestorm tries to roll into the ring, and get up in the corner, but Marc Mead doesn't allow Firestorm to get any room, and Marc Mead hits a few stomps that brings down Firestorm into the sitting position, and Marc Mead puts on the foot on the throat of Firestorm. The ref counts Marc Mead, but Marc Mead doesn't let go on the count of 5 as he knows he has as long as he wants, but he does let go soon there after, and then backs out of the corner, and Marc Mead charges into the corner, and Marc Mead hits a drop kick to the face of Firestorm while he's in the corner, and Marc Mead yells a few things to Firestorm while he's sitting in the corner, and Firestorm gets up to his feet, and Marc Mead hits a few fists to the face of Firestorm. Firestorm backs to the ropes, and Marc Mead tries to whip Firestorm off the ropes. But it's reversed, and Marc Mead bounces off of the ropes, and Firestorm lowers his head. But Marc Mead is able to counter with akick to the face, and Firestorm stumbles around in pain, and Marc Mead kicks Firestorm in the gut, and sets him up in vertical suplex position, and sets up Firestorm hooking the leg. Marc Mead hits a fisherman's driver. Firestorm is down on the mat, and Marc Mead goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1………………………….2…………………………….Firestorm kicks out. Marc Mead looks in amazement at the downed Firestorm for a few moments, and then he motions for the door to open.]

JR-Marc Mead is trying to win this any way he can.

King-He probably realizes that Firestorm isn't a push over.

Kris Gaffney-He's just now noticing that?

[The door opens, and Marc Mead tries to get out of the ring, but Firestorm drives, and is able to grab Marc Mead's ankle. Marc Mead turns around, and Firestorm is holding Marc Mead's leg, Marc Mead hops, and goes for an ezguri, but Firestorm ducks it, and Marc Mead crashes on the mat. Firestorm falls backwards on to the ropes, and keeps himself up on his feet by holding on to the ropes. Marc Mead gets up to his feet, and charges at Firestorm. Firestorm side steps it, and grabs Marc mead, and throws him into the cage side. Marc Mead bounces off of the side of the cage, Firestorm waits as Marc Mead stumbles out of the cage side. Marc Mead gets kicked in the gut, and that doubles him over, and Firestorm sets up Marc Mead up in a power bomb position, and he lifts him up, and hits it. Once again once he hits it Firestorm falls to the ropes, and takes a few moments to rest up. But Marc Mead rolls out of the ring, and for some reason climbs up to the top rope in a daze. Marc Mead steady's himself on the top rope, and Firestorm quickly then shakes the top rope, and Marc Mead crotches the top rope, and Firestorm hits a few fists to the face. Firestorm climbs up to the top rope, and sets up Marc Mead. Firestorm then hits a super plex off of the top rope that sends Firestorm crashing on the mat, and Firestorm is able to turn around he throws his arm on the downed Marc Mead. The ref counts the 1…………………………………..2…………………………kick out by Marc Mead. Firestorm rolls away from Marc Mead, and Firestorm takes a few moments to rest up the rest of the way as both Marc Mead, and Firestorm gets up to his feet. Marc Mead throws a wild fist to the face, and Firestorm returns it, and hits a few more fists to the face. Firestorm whips Marc Mead off of the ropes. Marc Mead bounces off of the ropes, and Firestorm hits a spinning spine buster on Marc Mead. Firestorm looks at the side of the cage, but rather than go, and try to escape he calls for the Firestarter as he stands waiting for Marc Mead to get up to his feet.]

JR-Firestorm could have went out the door, but he wants to make sure that there is no question to his victory.

King-I think that's pretty stupid.

Kris Gaffney-I suppose if it leaves no room for a rematch, then I suppose you can understand it.

[Firestorm kicks Marc Mead in the gut, and he goes for the Firestarter, but Marc Mead counters by pushing Firestorm off, and Firestorm using his momentum starts climbing up the cage wall. Marc Mead dives, and grabs Firestorm by his ankle, and climbs up to where Firestorm is standing on the top rope. Firestorm and Mead exchange fist to the face. Firestorm gets the upper hand, and hits a few fists to stun Marc Mead once again. Firestorm goes to climb up the cage wall the rest of the way, and Marc Mead hits a kick to the arms of Firestorm. Firestorm falls backwards, and to the mat, Marc Mead jumps, and climbs over the top of the cage, and drops down to the floor for the win.]

JR-Marc Mead won the match.

Kris Gaffney-Mead took advantage of Firestorm trying to get up the cage wall too fast.

(Marc Mead crawls away from the cage as the ref is getting the television title to give him as Shockwave goes off the air.)

(Note: I liked Firestorm's RP, just it was just thought by the staff that Marc just had too much. But nice feud both of you.
