EMF: Saturday Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, and we go into the Saturday Shockwave video. Once it ends, we go into the darken arena as pyrotechnics blasts off on the stage. Once the lights turn on, fans wave their signs, some sign say "Legend loves the IBL Nets", "prepare to fast forward!", and "Santina looks familiar..")

JR-Welcome to the last Shockwave before Unelashed. I'm good ol' JR along side Jerry "the King" Lawler, and Kris "KG" Gaffney.

King-And we have….an unusual show for you tonight.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah, with Myke Hawke and Randy Orton going against Dan Godwin and Scott Tazte

("Through the fire, and the flames" blasts on the PA system as Troy Gafgen walks to the ring followed by Stephanie McMahon-Walker.)

JR-I'm not sure where all these people think that Stephanie is Troy's girlfriend…she is a married woman after all.

King-Yeah…you can't blame Troy for getting a feel.

Kris Gaffney- Many have dreamed about doing it…but only Troy did it.

("Bad Company" blasts on the PA system as Big Sal walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-The Bad Company body guard probably isn't too use to going against someone as big as him, if not bigger.

King-Well…he did alright last week, but we will see what he does one on one.

Kris Gaffney-And with Troy around.

[Troy Gafgen and Big Sal stare down each other, and finally Troy Gafgen takes a wild fist, Big Sal blocks it, and Big Sal hits a few fists to the face of Troy Gafgen. Troy Gafgen stumbles backwards, and Big Sal whips Troy Gafgen off of the ropes. Troy Gafgen bounces off of the ropes, and Big Sal goes for a big boot, but Troy Gafgen is able to duck under, and continues to the other side of the ring. He bounces off of the ropes, and Troy Gafgen leaps in the air, and hits a flying shoulder block that knocks down Big Sal. Big Sal slowly gets up to his feet, Troy Gafgen hits a diving clothesline to knock down Big Sal to the mat once again. Troy Gafgen hits a few stomps on the downed Big Sal, and Troy Gafgen picks up Big Sal, and sets him up in a vertical suplex position. He lfits up Troy Gafgen, and hits a vertical suplex. Big Sal is in pain, and Troy Gafgen hits a few stomps into the downed Big Sal. Big Sal rolls out of the ring, and Troy Gafgen gets out of the ring, and on to the apron. He measures up on big Sal who is in the mat around the ring. Troy Gafgen leaps off of the apron, and hits a double axe handle across the back of Big Sal. Big Sal stumbles forward in pain, and Troy Gafgen grabs Big Sal by the hair, and brings him over to the ring steps. Then Troy Gafgen smashes Big Sal into the ring steps. Troy Gafgen doesn't allow Big Sal to fall, instead he holds him up to throw him into the ring. Big Sal rolls into the corner, and climbs up to his feet, and Troy Gafgen closes the gap between them once he's gotten back into the ring, and Troy Gafgen hits a few fists to the face of Big Sal. Troy Gafgen whips Big Sal into the opposite corner. He crashes into the corner, he stumbles out of the corner. Troy Gafgen lifts up Big Sal, and drives him down with a sidewalk slam. Troy Gafgen goes into the cover on Big Sal, and the ref counts the 1………………..2…………………………….kick out by Big Sal. Troy Gafgen sits, and hits the mat.]

JR-Troy Gafgen needs to keep his head in the game here.

King-That's probably a good idea….he doesn't quite have the power advantage here.

Kris Gaffney-Sucks when your advantage is matched…

[Troy Gafgen gets up to his feet, and paces around the ring, and see's Big Sal getting up with the help of the ropes. Troy Gafgen charges at Big Sal, and Big Sal counters with a hot shot that sends Troy Gafgen crashing to the ropes, and Troy Gafgen turns around. Big Sal hits an inverted Russian leg sweep that drives Troy Gafgen down to the mat. Both wrestlers are down on the mat, and the ref decides that this time would be a good time to do his standing ten count, and the ref gets up to about 7, where Big Sal is able pull himself up to his feet with the help of the corner, and Troy Gafgen is able to get up to his feet sooner there after, and he see's Big Sal in the corner, and charges at him, and Big Sal counters by putting his boot up, and Troy Gafgen runs into it. Troy Gafgen stumbles around stunned, and Big Sal pulls himself up to the second turnbuckle, and leaps off of the top rope, and hits a bulldog that drives Troy Gafgen into the mat. Big Sal once again can't quite capatilize, he gets up to his feet as Troy Gafgen is trying to shake off that last move, and get to his feet. Big Sal pulls up Troy Gafgen the rest of the way, and Big Sal hits a upper cut that stuns him backwards, and Big Sal tries to whip Troy Gafgen to the ropes, but it's reversed. Big Sal bounces off of the ropes, Troy Gafgen lowers his head, and Big Sal hits a running DDT that drives Troy Gafgen into the mat. Troy Gafgen bounces up stunned, and Big Sal picks up Troy Gafgen, and goes into the corner, and runs out of the corner with a running power slam! Big Sal goes into the cover, and gets the 1………………2……………………kick out by Troy Gafgen! Big Sal pulls up Troy Gafgen, but as Troy Gafgen gets up to his feet, Troy Gafgen hits a standing spine buster, and Troy Gafgen falls back to the ropes.]

JR-Big Sal had everything going his way until that moment.

King-It's always those moments.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah….is that like our version of a Favre?

[Troy Gafgen shakes off the moves, and decides that he wants to finish off this match once and for all. Troy Gafgen waits for Big Sal, and goes for the Crack of Dawn, he wastes sometime seemly looking at Stephanie then he turns back his focus on the match. Then see's that Sal's past the point where he wanted, but Troy Gafgen goes for the Crack of Dawn anyways, but it's blocked, and Big Sal drops Troy on the top rope face first. Troy stumbles backwards, right into Big Sal's finisher! Big Sal goes into the cover on Troy Gafgen, and the ref counts the 1………………….2…………………….3!]

JR-Big Sal was able to get the win here.

King- Troy took off his eye off the ball

Kris Gaffney-AVENGE THIS LOSS!

King-…no one got that…

Kris Gaffney-…I know.

We see Troy in the back watching some t.v. He seems really focused on whatever he is watching. All of a sudden someone walks into the room and his concentration breaks. Someone from the shadows walks up.

figure-It's time Troy....

Troy turns

Troy: Time for what?

(The figure steps in the light to reveal Eric Bischoff.)

.::Eric Bischoff::.-Not the brightest are you, but that's ok....you know what you need to do, and why. It's time to end the shreade, it's getting boring.

Troy: What? With Abyss? I get paired up with him because I wanted the damn tag title shot! When will we get that?!

.::Eric Bischoff::.-There is much more to it than that, really Abyss is just a pawn, and now it's time to do what we need to.

Troy nodded.

Troy: Also, Stephanie is hot...so I did her a favor.

He then switched gears

Troy: So what do you want me to do Eric?

.::Eric Bischoff::.-Well....that shouldn't take much time...

(We fade back into the arena with that.)

("Victory is mine" blasts on the PA system as Santino Marella walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Don't under estimate Santino, he can win at any time.

King- You know who they also said that about?....Me!

Kris Gaffney-…They never said that about me.

King-With reason…

("Marquise's theme" blasts on the PA system as Marquise walks to the ring along side Shelley Martinez.)

JR-It's good to see Marquise, he's one tough competitor.

King-And he brings Shelley with him…it's win/win.

Kris Gaffney-I would say so….but I probably shouldn't…thank my wife.

[Marquise and Santino Marella circle around the ring, they lock up, and Marquise is able to go behind Santino Marella. Marquise is able to take down Santino Marella with a reverse double leg take down, and Marquise puts on a side headlock on the mat on Santino Marella. The ref is there just in case that Santino Marella wants to give it up for some odd reason. Santino Marella slowly gets up to his feet as Santino Marella looks for a way out of the hold. Santino Marella is able to get to the side of Marquise, and go for a belly to back suplex. But it's countered by Marquise who rolls out of the back, and he runs to the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, and goes for the spear, but Santino Marella is able to think quickly. Marquise turns around and recovers, and Santino Marella hits an arm breaker. Marquise is on the mat in pain, and Santino Marella hits a few stomps into the downed Marquis's arm, and then Santino Marella picks up Marquise, and sets him up, and hits a body slam, and he goes into the corner, he climbs up to the second turnbuckle, and leaps off of the second turnbuckle for the lupid headbutt. Marquise moves out of the way, and Santino Marella crashes into the mat. Marquise shakes off the moves he has taken thus far, and waits as Santino Marella stumbles up to his feet stunned, and Marquise hits a few fists to the face, and whips Santino Marella to the ropes. Santino Marella bounces off of the ropes, and Marquise lowers his head for a back body drop. Santino Marella counters this with a kick to the face that stuns him. Santino Marella grabs Marquise by the hair, and throws him hard into the ring post. It's clear that Marquise is in a lot of pain, and Santino pulls Marquise out of the corner into a roll up, and he gets a 1…………….2……………………..kick out by Marquise. Santino Marella kicks Marquise in the gut, and sets him up in a front face lock, and lifts him up, and puts him on the top rope.]

JR-It looks like Santino is going to the top rope.

Kris Gaffney-Quite a risk here.

King-Maybe Marquise looked at his sister…

[Santino Marella climbs up to the top rope, and Santino Marella yells something to the crowd, and hooks up Marquise for a super plex. But before he can hit it, Santino Marella gets hit in the ribs by Marquise with a few fists. Then Marquise counters the move with a top rope, face buster into a vertical suplex! But sadly Marquise is not able to take advantage both wrestlers are down on the mat, and the ref gets to 5 on his standing 10 count when Marquise is barely able to pull himself up to his feet. Marquise uses the ropes to hang over so he doesn't fall back down, and just as he turns around he see's that Santino Marella is already charging at him. Marquise counters with a back body drop thtat sends Santino Marella flying over the top rope, and Santino Marella lands on his feet on the apron. Marquise stumbles away from the ropes, not being able to get a chance to see that Santino didn't fall out to the floor, and is now climb up to the top rope to make his next move. Marquise does finally turn around towards where Santino Marella fell, and Santino Marella leaps off of the top rope going for what seems to be a double axe handle. But Marquise thinking quickly is able to counter this with a standing drop kick that picks Santino Marella right out of the air. Both wrestlers are down, but unlike last time Marquise is able to get up fairly quickly, and he see's that Santino Marella is on the second rope, and runs to the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, leaps in the air,a nd comes crashing down on the back of Santino Marella. Marquise pulls Santino up, and whips him to the ropes. He bounces off of the ropes, and Marquise hits a falling front spine buster on Santino Marella.]

JR-Marquise has this match in hand.

King-That's never a good sign….it's like coming into a WWE PPV with momentum…

Kris Gaffney-That can't be good…

[Marquise goes into the corner, and motions for Santino to get up. Once he does Marquise charges at Santino Marella. Santino kicks Marquise in the face, which stuns him, trying to cause some separation. Santino Marella climbs up to the second turnbuckle back facing Marquise. But Marquise catches up, and Marquise hits a few clubbing blows to the back of Santino Marella. Marquise climbs up to the second turnbuckle, and sets up Santino, and hits a belly to back suplex from there. Santino Marella crashes into the mat, and from there Marquise tries to float over into a cover, but Santino Marella all of a sudden surprises Marquise into a small package. Marquise struggles to get out, but Santino is able to hold him down for the 1…………………2……………….3!]

JR-Santino surprised Marquise

King-Marquise can't believe it.

Kris Gaffney-I don't think Santino can believe it.

(Santino is in the isle looking surprised.)

(note: Decent match, just thought Santino had the edge here.)

("Enter Sandman" blasts on the PA system as Chris Legend walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

King-Ever think that Legend might be Brett Farve?

Kris Gaffney-I always kind of wondered that…

("Monster" blasts on the PA system as Abyss walks to the ring doing his normal pose with pyro.)

JR-This man is dangerous, there is just no two ways about it.

King-And a bit instable.

[Abyss and Chris Legend pace around the ring, and lock up. Abyss pushes down Chris Legend. Chris Legend gets up, and gets grabbed by the throat, and thrown into the corner. Chris Legend tries to stumble forward, but it's stopped by Abyss who pushes Chris Legend back into the corner. Chris Legend gets hit with a few fists to the face in the corner. Abyss puts his boot to the throat, and the ref counts to 4, and Abyss lets go of the hold. Abyss lets go, the ref tells him to give Chris Legend some space, and Abyss does this, and then goes back into the corner, and hits a hard fist to the face to make sure that Abyss stuns him enough. Abyss whips Chris Legend into the other side of the ring, and Legend gets whipped so hard he flips in the corner, and falls on to the apron on to his feet. Chris Legend stumbles on the apron, and he runs towards where Chris Legend is and he hip tosses Chris Legend over the top rope, and Chris Legend crashes hard into the mat, and slowly he gets up to his feet, and Chris Legend turns towards Abyss who hits a few fists to the face. Chris Legend backs up to the ropes, and Abyss whips Chris Legend off of the ropes, and Chris Legend bounces off of the ropes. Abyss goes for a big boot, but it's ducked under by Chris Legend who continues to the other side of the ropes, and Chris Legend bounces off of the ropes. Abyss picks up Chris Legend into a tilterwhirl, and has him over his shoulders, and hits a power slam that plants Chris Legend into the middle of the ring. Abyss runs to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes, and goes for a big leg drop, but Chris Legend moves out of the way. Abyss crashes down on the mat, Chris Legend rolls into the corner, and pulls himself up, and goes into the second turnbuckle. Chris Legend measures up on Abyss. Chris Legend leaps off of the second turnbuckle, and Abyss grabs Chris Legend by the throat, lifts him up, and drives him for a choke slam.]

JR-That could do it right here.

King-You sure…doesn't seem like a move he would usually win on.

Kris Gaffney-Got to love double standards.

[Chris Legend starts shaking as Abyss stands back for a little bit confused. Chris Legend gets up, and yells "CHRRRIIISS PARKS He runs at Abyss only to be black hole slammed, and covered for the 1………………2……………..3!]

JR-Huh….well that was odd…

King-Sure was

(Note: I was going to do something worse, but I held back, and yes…Abyss was going to win long before Chris left.)

("Sound of Madness" blasts on the PA system as Scott Tazte walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring as "Dirty Window" blasts on the PA system as Dan Godwin)

Kris Gaffney-Ever get the feeling that Tazte should be using "I stand alone"

King-Eeerrr…..no…I think someone would get jealous.

JR-Anyways…you got to wonder these two will function as a team.

("Voices" blasts on the PA system as Randy Orton also comes out to the ring, but he doesn't seem too pleased. His entrance is cut off with Myke Hawke's theme as Myke Hawke walks to the ring, poses, and gets pyrotechnics.)

King-Your worried about Tazte and Godwin…I think this is the team to worry about.

JR-That's possible King…neither team probably thought they were going to tag up each other last week, that's for sure.

Kris Gaffney-Or ever for that matter…

[Scott Tazte and Randy Orton start out, but it seems that Dan Godwin wants to get at Randy Orton. So he tags in Dan Godwin, Randy Orton looks like he's getting ready to attack Dan Godwin, and then Randy Orton tags in Myke Hawke when Myke Hawke isn't watching. The two have a stare down, and Randy Orton shrugs his shoulders as he holds on to the tag rope on the apron, Myke Hawke turns around by Dan Godwin, and Dan Godwin hits a few knife edge chops to the chest of Myke Hawke. Myke Hawke stumbles backwards, and Dan Godwin tries to whip Myke Hawke to the ropes, but it's reversed Dan Godwin bounces off of the ropes. Myke Hawke lowers his head, and Myke Hawke hits a kick into the face. This stuns him, and Myke Hawke is stunned, and Dan Godwin throws him out of the ring, and Myke Hawke crashes hard into the mat, and Dan Godwin pumps up the crowd as Myke Hawke is down on the mat. Scott Tazte gets tagged into the ring, and Scott Tazte runs to the ropes, and as he comes towards Dan Godwin. Dan Godwin adds to Tazte's momentum as he leaps through the ropes, and crashes on Myke Hawke as both wrestlers are down on the mat around ring side. Randy Orton laughs at tthis all not paying attention, suddenly Dan Godwin runs over to the other side of the ring, and brings him into the ring by sling shotting him into the ring. Orton crashes into the mat. Slowly Orton gets up in pain, and Dan Godwin hits a few fists to the face, and whips Randy Orton to the ropes. Randy Orton bounces off of the ropes. Dan Godwin hits a one man flap jack that sends Randy Orton crashing down to the mat, and he rolls out of the ring. The ref finally tells Godwin to get back into his corner, and he does just as we focus on Myke Hawke getting to his feet after being put into the ring, and Scott Tazte measures up on Myke Hawke from the top rope. He leaps off of the top rope, and hits a flying cross body block that catches Myke Hawke. Scott Tazte hodls him down into a cover, and the ref counts the 1………………………..2…………………………..kick out by Myke Hawke.]

JR-Almost three.

King-This match is really controlled chaos.

Kris Gaffney-Kinda like Kofi Kingston?

King-Only were not going to be reminded of it every week…

[Myke Hawke is down on the mat, and Scott Tazte calls for the Remedy. Myke Hawke stumbles up to his feet, and Scott Tazte kicks Myke Hawke in the gut, and goes for the Remedy. But it's countered by Myke Hawke who spins out of it, and pulls Scott Tazte in with a short arm clothesline, but instead of that he hits a t-bone suplex that sends Scott Tazte crashing down on the mat, and Scott Tazte slowly gets up to his feet. Myke Hawke backs up Scott Tazte into the corner, and Myke Hawke hits a few shoulder blocks into the gut of Myke Hawke, and Myke Hawke brings Scott Tazte out of the corner, and whips Scott Tazte to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. Myke Hawke goes for a clothesline, and Scott Taztecontinues to the other side of the ring, and bounces off of the ropes. Myke Hawke turns around, and Scott Tazte and Myke Hawke hits a double clothesline that knocks down Myke Hawke and Scott Tazte. But as luck would have it, Myke Hawke is closer to his corner, and being that he's in trouble he actually looks for the tag. Myke Hawke makes the tag to Randy Orton, and Randy Orton hurries into the ring, and grabs the leg of Scott Tazte, and sets him up, and hits a catapault that sends Scott Tazte crashing into the turnbuckle. Scott Tazte stumbles out of the corner, and Scott Tazte goes for a wild clothesline, but it's ducked under by Randy Orton. Randy Orton hits an inverted 3.0 back breaker. Randy Orton starts to hit his pattern stomps around Scott Tazte's body, and then goes for a knee drop. But Scott Tazte moves out of the way, and Scott Tazte makes the quick tag for Dan Godwin. But seems he quite wasn't ready for it. But he tries to come into the ring, as he does. Randy Orton kicks Dan Godwin in the face, and plants him with a DDT to Dan Godwin.]

JR-Almost three there.

King-Hey…maybe Hawke and Orton are finally getting on the same page, what do you think Eastman?

[Randy Orton goes into the corner as Dan Godwin is on his hands and knee's. Myke Hawke tags himself in. Randy Orton turns around, and doesn't look too happy, and he pushes Myke Hawke backwards. Myke Hawke looks amused, and then pushes him back. While this is going on, Dan Godwin pushes Myke Hawke in the back and he cracks heads with Randy Orton. This sends Randy Orton out of the ring, and Myke Hawke gets school boyed with the shock of it all, he struggles to get out, but can't before the final 3 count. Dan Godwin/Tazte win!]

JR-That was definitely a miscue there.

King-Strange…you'd think Tazte and Godwin wouldn't work due to their history.

Kris Gaffney-I suppose with all their history…guess they know each other.

King-Good point!

(Dan Godwin gets up to his feet, and Myke Hawke flatten him with a clothesline. Slowly he gets up, Myke Hawke kicks Godwin in the gut, sets him up and hits a power bomb. Hawke knocks Tazte off the apron. Saturday Shockwave goes off the air, as A.I.D.S. raise their arms over the downed Godwin.)
