EMF: Saturday Shockwave

(The EMF logo with an X behind it, we go into a new EMF Shockwave video as it ends pyrotechnics blasts off on the stage. The lights turn on as it finishes, the fans wave their signs. Some say "what have I done with my life!?", "my hair cut is better than Eastman's!" and "Stephanie makes everything alright!")

JR-Welcome to the ten year anniversity Shockwave, I'm good ol' JR along side Jerry "The King" Lawler. We are celebrating 10 years of the Extreme Measures Federation.

King-Even though there isn't anything special about this show.

Kris Gaffney-Well…Wrestlemania 25 wasn't actually the 25th Wrestlemania either.

King-Hhhhhmmmm, good point.

("Freaky Frog Sounds" blasts on the PA system as the lights turn green as Rita Van Toad walks to the ring.)

JR-This former women's champion has been placed in a match she seemly not interested in being in.

King-But everyone else is interested in her being in it.

Kris Gaffney-Men or women…it's like a car crash, you just have to look at it.

("Angel on my shoulder" blasts on the PA system as Velvet walks to the ring, and she poses as she does her usual entrance into the ring.)

JR-This young lady doesn't lack confidence.

Kris Gaffney-That's an understatement.

[Rita Van Toad, and Velvet Sky pace around the ring, and they first decide to turn this diva match into a wrestling match as they lock up. Velvet Sky puts on a hammer lock, and then transfers it into a side headlock, Velvet Sky hits a side head lock take down, and puts on the pressure on Rita Van Toad, and Rita Van Toad spins out of the hold right into an arm bar, but Rita Van Toad is able to counter with a scissors lock, the ref checks to make sure that it's not on the throat as it's fairly close, but seemly it's not, and Velvet Sky is able to nip out of the scissors lock, and once Velvet Sky is to her feet, she rusn to the ropes, and bounces off of the ropes. Rita Van Toad who was getting up to her feet drops down to the mat, and Velvet Sky continues to the other side of the ring, and bounces off of the ropes. She bounces off of the other side of the ring, Rita Van Toad who got to her feet goes for a hip toss, but it's blocked by Velvet Sky who hits a hanging neck breaker. Rita Van Toad is in on the mat in pain, and Velvet Sky hits a few stomps on the downed Rita Van Toad. The ref finally asks that Velvet Sky lets Rita get some space, and she does, and Velvet Sky does, and starts to choke Rita Van Toad with the ropes, and the ref starts to count, and Velvet Sky backs out of the ropes before she gets DQed. Rita Van Toad goes into the corner, and Velvet Sky goes into the corner, and hits a few shoulder blocks to the corner. Velvet Sky decides to try to tear off the shirt off of Rita Van Toad, Rita struggles, but before she can get off completely. Rita Van Toad hits a two stomp to the gut that stumbles Velvet Sky backwards, and Velvet Sky is able to recover, and she charges at Rita Van Toad. Rita Van Toad is able to counter with a drop toe hold that sends Velvet Sky face first into the second turnbuckle. Rita Van Toad can't do anything about it as she's been beaten down quite a bit thus far, and she charges at Velvet Sky by the ropes, and Velvet Sky is able to side step Velvet Sky, and sends Rita Van Toad flying out of the ring. She crashes into the mat below, and Velvet Sky grins as she thinks that she has this match well in hand.]

JR-Even though both ladies have all their clothes on, Velvet Sky has been able to stop any long offense flurry by the former women's champion.

Kris Gaffney-You know, if you think about it…you could say that Rita was a big part of the beginning of the good time in the women's division in 2004-2005.

King-But let's not…

[Velvet Sky picks up Rita Van Toad, and tries to whip her to the ring steps, but it's reversed, and Velvet Sky goes into the ring steps, and hits the ring steps shoulder first, and Velvet Sky goes down in pain and Rita Van Toad takes her time to rest up, as there is obviously you can't be counted out in a bra and panties match (or you shouldn't be able to at least…) Rita Van Toad pulls up Velvet Sky, and throws her into the ring, and Rita Van Toad climbs up to the top rope, she waits for Velvet Sky to get up to her feet. Once she does, Rita Vant Toad leaps off of the top turnbuckle, and hits a flying clothesline off of the top rope. Rita Van Toad waits as Velvet Sky gets up to her feet, and Rita Van Toad kicks her in the gut, and Rita Van Toad kicks her in the gut, and sets up Velvet Sky in a vertical suplex position. Rita Van Toad lifts up Velvet Sky for a vertical suplex, but Velvet Sky is able to shift her weight, and Velvet Sky lands on her feet, and Velvet Sky pushes Rita Van Toad to the ropes, and rolls her up in a pin, but obviously she can't pin her that way, instead she pulls Rita Van Toad's pants right off, and leaves her in her green (because she's a Van Toad…get it…) panties. Velvet Sky laughs as Rita Van Toad doesn't look happy, Velvet Sky goes for a clothesline on Rita Van Toad, but it's ducked under by Rita Van Toad who kicks Velvet Sky in the gut, and hits a DDT that plants Velvet Sky into the mat. Rita Van Toad grabs a hold of Velvet Sky's top. Velvet Sky screams, and struggles, but Rita Van Toad rips off her shirt revealing her black bra. Rita Van Toad taunts Velvet Sky as she covers up and yells at the crowd.]

King-YESSSSS

Kris Gaffney-….and it took Rita Van Toad to do it….who knew?

JR-Well, it's not over yet.

[Velvet Sky rolls out of the ring, and doesn't look pleased. Rita Van Toad trying to get a win attacks Velvet from behind, Velvet turns around and pokes Rita in the eyes. She throws Rita into the ring steps. Velvet Sky rolls into the ring, and crawls into the corner. She has her back to the corner. Finally Rita Van Toad rolls back into the ring, Velvet Sky is up in the corner, Rita Van Toad charges at her, and Velvet Sky hits a drop toe hold that sends Rita Van Toad face first into an explosed turnbuckle. Rita Van Toad seems to be out, and that makes it easy for Velvet Sky to tear off Rita's top.]

JR-So it seems that Velvet has the last laugh.

King-Yeah…but that doesn't work out too well if the other person isn't conscious to hear you laugh.

Kris Gaffney-…well she can always watch it on tape!

(Velvet Sky looks happier now, as she laughs at Rita Van Toad who is just now starting to come to, we go to commercial.)

(note: We had varied views, most thought this was a close match. Rita wrote a nice RP.)

(We go to the backstage area where Nick Jones is jumped an unprepared Chris Legend with baseball bat, he yells.)

Nick Jones-If they won't let me on TV, I'll just have to steal my way on to it.

(He walks off the screen.)

("Pain" blasts on the PA system as Troy Gafgen walks to the ring along with Stephanie McMahon-Walker. Troy Gafgen raises his arms up as pyrotechnics blasts off behind him.)

JR-Troy Gafgen and Abyss tag team got off to a rocky start.

King-Aw…it was the first time they team up, should be expected.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah, first matches are never good…the only problem if you never improve.

King-You'd know all about that…

("Nick Jones theme" blasts on the PA system as Nick Jones walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-This was suppose to Chris Legend and Troy Gafgen, but Nick Jones wanted TV time.

King-Don't we all…

Kris Gaffney-Were on TV all the time…

King-Never focused on.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah well….*thinks about it*….shit man *gets sued by Toby*

[Nick Jones and Troy Gafgen pace around the ring, and Troy Gafgen taunts Nick Jones, and Nick Jones gets pissed, so much that he wants to do what is seemly impossible when it comes to him compared to Troy Gafgen, and show off that he's much stronger than he is. Nick Jones puts up his hand for a test of strength. Troy shakes his head, and accepts the test, and easily wins it. Chrsi Lenged is yelling in pain from the wrist lock, and goes on his knee's as Jack Swagger approves of this situation. Nick Jones gets up to his feet, and ecides that he can't obviously win in a battle of strength. So Nick Jones hits a knee into the gut, and Troy Gafgen lets go of the hold, and Nick Jones bounces off of the ropes. Troy Gafgen goes for a boot to the face, but it's ducked under by Nick Jones, and Nick Jones waits as Troy Gafgen turns around. Troy Gafgen gets hit with a standing drop kick that knocks him back. Nick Jones backs up thinking what to do next to bring down the much bigger Troy Gafgen, and he goes towards Troy Gafgen, and Troy Gafgen rakes his eyes. Nick Jones stumbles backwards, and Troy Gafgen goes for a running big boot to the face, but it's ducked under, and Troy Gafgen is crotched up on the top rope, and Nick Jones runs to the ropes, and spring boards off of the top rope, and hits a flying clothesline on Troy Gafgen.]

JR-That was a fairly creative way to get Troy Gafgen out of the ring.

King-Troy's probably wishes he had lost the test of strength now.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah, always sucks to look back on things like that…

[Troy Gafgen falls from the ring, and hits the mat hard. Nick Jones mocks the crowd as he measures up Troy Gafgen as he gets up to his feet. Nick Jones runs to the ropes, bounces off of the ropes, and goes for a suicide summersault dive over the top rope, but Troy Gafgen catches him in mid air right into a power bomb position. Nick Jones has a "oh shit look" as he see's Troy Gafgen closing in on the ring post. Nick Jones hits a few fists to the face, and Nick Jones counters with a hurricanarna that sends Troy Gafgen flying. Troy Gafgen cracks his head on the ring post. Nick Jones takes a few moments to soak in the cheers on that move, as that one got some respect whether they like Chris or not. Nick Jones then finally gets his head into the mat, and rolls in Troy Gafgen into the ring.]

JR- Nick Jones is in firm control of this match.

King-I'd say this is where he's going to lose it…but I'm confused.

Kris Gaffney-So am I…

[Nick Jones climbs up on the apron, and up to the top rope. Nick Jones waits for Troy Gafgen to get up. Troy Gafgen finally gets up to his feet, and Nick Jones leaps off of the top rope for a cross body block but, Troy Gafgen is able to counter it by catching Nick Jones in mid air, and Troy Gafgen holds him there for a few moments making him think about what is going to happen, and then hits a fall away slam that sends Nick Jones flying, and crashing down on the mat. This allows Troy Gafgen to take sometime to rest up, and Nick Jones gets up to his feet as Troy Gafgen goes, and Nick Jones goes for a fist the face, but it's blocked, and Nick Jones gets hit with a big head butt that sends Nick Jones down to the mat, and Nick Jones gets up fairly quickly dazed, and Nick Jones gets hit with a few fists to the face of Nick Jones. Nick Jones backs up to the ropes, and Troy Gafgen whips Nick Jones to the ropes, Nick Jones bounces off of the ropes, and Troy Gafgen lowers his head, and Troy Gafgen hits a big back body drop that sends Nick Jones high in the air, and he comes crashing down on his back. Slowly he gets up to his feet stunned. Troy Gafgen puts him over his shoulders, and drops him on the top rope for a snake eyes. Nick Jones stumbles around, and Troy Gafgen pushes him into the corner, and Troy Gafgen hits a back elbows into the corner. Troy Gafgen whips Nick Jones into the opposite side's corner, and Nick Jones hits back first into the corner. He stumbles out of the corner, and Troy Gafgen lifts up Nick Jones, and drives him down with a side walk slam! Troy Gafgen goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1……………………………2……………………….. Nick Jones rolls his shoulders off the mat before the three count!]

JR-Nick Jones almost lost it there.

Kris Gaffney-That probably wouldn't be good for his trying to get more time, would it?

King-Probably not…but then again never stops Chavo Guerrero.

[Troy Gafgen pulls up Nick Jones, Nick Jones rakes the eyes of Troy Gafgen, and Nick Jones decides to take this chance, and climbs up to the top rope, and measures up, suddenly Chris Legend stumbles out of the back still shaking off the effects of the ambush by Nick Jones. Nick Jones yells at Legend to stay back, then turns back to the ring, and leaps off of the top rope, but because he didn't bother to go for another move, it's countered into the crack of dawn! Even though that's not a finisher anymore, with the extra momentum, it put Nick Jones down. Troy Gafgen goes into the cover on Nick Jones, and the ref counts the 1…………………..2……………………..3!]

JR-Troy Gafgen won this match

King-Jones really jumped into that one.

Kris Gaffney-That will teach him to try to get over…

(Chris Legend comes into the ring, and hits the Outshiner on Nick Jones who was getting up, and "Enter Sandman" blasts on the PA system.)

(Note: It was changed, because Legend informed us early in the card, that he was having computer issues; therefore we can change the match that way (as seen even this week), and we thought it would give possible more feud possibilities trying to do it this way. We'll have the real match sometime in the future.)

("Victory is mine" blasts on the PA system as Santino Marella walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Santino Marella is one of the four going for the vacated IC title.

King-Yeah, think if he wins it, that he'll promise to hold it a certain amount of time?

Kris Gaffney-Doubt it, he got burned on that one time.

("Reality" blasts on the PA system as the Miz walks out to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-This new comer is walking into a good time, that's for sure.

King-Hey…he was on TV before…being on reality TV…winning a wrestling title…I see no difference.

[The Miz goes up to Santino, and they both talk some trash. Santino Marella points his finger into the Miz's chest, and the Miz hits a slap to the face that turns Santino Marella's face, and the Miz doesn't attack, instead he decides to mock Santino Marella, and then Santino Marella puts him in a head lock as he thinks for some reason this gains him some sort of victory, and as predictable as it could be. The Miz counters with a belly to back suplex, the Miz shakes off any effects he's gotten thus far, and hits a few stomps on the downed Santino Marella. Santino Marella goes in the corner, and tries to call for a time out, but the Miz obviously doesn't believe in those as he starts to choke Santino Marella with a boot to the throat, and the ref counts to 4, and the Miz backs out of the corner, and holds up his hands to the ref, and the Miz pulls up Santino Marella up to his feet, and to the middle of the ring, and the Miz hits a few fists to the face, and tries to whip Santino Marella to the ropes, but it's reversed. The Miz bounces off of the ropes, and knocks Santino Marella down with a clothesline. Santino Marella hits the mat, and slowly gets up to his feet, and The Miz picks up Santino Marella, and hits a body slam near the corner, and the Miz goes into the corner, and climbs up to the second turnbuckle, and leaps off of the turnbuckle, and hits a diving forearm smash to the face of Santino Marella. The Miz goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1…………………….2…………………………………kick out by Santino Marella, The Miz hits a few stomps on the downed Santino Marella who gets up to his feet, and Santino Marella goes into the corner, and The Miz hits a few knife edge chops to the chest of the Santino Marella, and he whips the Santino Marella to the other side of the ring, and Santino Marella crashes into the corner sternum first, and Santino Marella stumbles backwards into the waiting Miz, and the Miz puts Santino Marella on the top rope with his back facing the ring.]

JR-It looks like the Miz is trying to find a way to beat Santino.

King-Well…this is the way to do it…this is the move before the Razor's Edge.

Kris Gaffney-Never watch "Stars of the 90's" before you announce a show.

King-….some of those clips looked familiar…

[The Miz hits a few clubbing blows to the back of Santino Marella, and he gets up to where Santino Marella is, and hooks him up. The Miz goes for a super belly to back suplex, but in mid air, Santino Marella turns in mid air, and comes crashing down on the top rope of the Miz with a cross body block. As both wrestlers crash to the mat, Santino Marella rolls off of any potential cover, and both wrestlers are down on the mat as the ref starts his standing ten count. Santino Marella and the Miz take sometime to get up to their feet to break the count at seven, the Miz goes for a fist, but it's blocked by Santino Marella, and returned by Santino Marella. Santino Marella hits another fist to the face of the Miz, and the Miz goes back to the ropes, and Santino Marella whips the Miz to the ropes. The Miz bounces off of the ropes, and Santino Marella lowers his head, and Santino Marella hits a back body drop that sends the MIz flying through the air, and he comes crashing down on the mat, Santino Marella takes his time to wait for Miz to get up to his feet, which happens fairly quickly as the impact made him bounce up. The Miz takes a wild fist to the face of Santino Marella, Santion Marella ducks under the fist, and Santino Marella sets up the Miz, lifts him up, and hits a atomic drop that makes Miz stumble to the ropes, and bounces off of the ropes. Santino Marella then puts the Miz in a small package as he comes towards him. The ref counts the 1…………………………2……………………………………..kick out by the Miz. Santino Marella thinks that he's going to end this match as he waits for the Miz to get up to his feet, once he does. Santino Marella hits a falling slam near a corner. Santino Marella goes into the corner, and pulls himself up to the second turnbuckle. He yells something at the Miz, and he leaps off of the second turnbuckle for the lupid headbutt, but the Miz moves out of the way at the last second as Santino Marella crashes into the mat.]

JR-Santino made a mistake there.

King-Santino probably thought he could put it away there.

[The Miz gets up to his feet, and waits as Santino Marella goes for the Skull Crushing Finale, but Santino Marella counters it into a school boy on Miz who tries to struggle to get out, and the ref counts the 1…………………….2…………………………..3!]

JR-Santino just caught the Miz off guard there.

King-Guess that's what I get for speaking too soon…BLAH

("Sunglasses at night" blasts on the PA system as Brandon Eastman and Myke Hawke walks to the ring. Pyrotechnics blasts off as usual for Myke Hawke.)

JR-This team to my knowledge is still working on a name, but they are a force to be recken with, that much is for sure.

King-Guess they didn't like my suggestion..

Kris Gaffney-Probably not...

("The Machine Guns theme" blasts on the PA system as Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley walk to the ring.)

JR-The Guns are as talented as they come.

King-Wonder if they created themselves in the EMF video game.

Kris Gaffney-They probably are demanding to be a special download.

("The Organization's theme" blasts on the PA system as Tony Ikeda and Firestorm walk to the ring, they slide into the ring.)

JR-This is a combination from the Organization that we have never seen.

King-You got to wonder whether or not it will work.

Kris Gaffney-If Firestorm just used his smoke machine, he might not know the difference.

[Brandon Eastman insists that he goes first in the ring, and he locks up with Alex Shelley, and he hits a knee lift to the gut that doubles over Alex Shelley. Brandon Eastman hits a clubbing blow to the back that brings down Alex Shelley down to his knee's, and Brandon Eastman picks up Alex Shelley, and puts him in a vertical suplex, and sets him up, and hits a vertical suplex that connects on Alex Shelley. Brandon Eastman puts his boot on the chest of Alex Shelley, and the ref counts the 1…..and Alex Shelley pretdictably kicks out, and Brandon Eastman drags Alex Shelley in the corner, and Brandon Eastman makes the tag to Myke Hawke, and Brandon Eastman uses his boot to choke Alex Shelley. The ref yells at Brandon Eastman, but before he can count him. Brandon Eastman see's that Myke Hawke is ready to where he wants. Brandon Eastman goes over to Myke Hawke, and whips him in the corner, and Myke Hawke hits a big avalanche in the corner that crushes Alex Shelley. Myke Hawke backs out of the corner, and slowly Alex Shelley stumbles out of the corner, and Myke Hawke lifts up Alex Shelley over his head showing off his strength, he evens starts to mouth off to the crowd as he does it.]

King-You hate someone who kicks your ass, and then tells you how he's doing it. But someone who kicks your ass, and talks to someone else.

Kris Gaffney-Maybe he see's a hot chick in the crowd.

King-So he's picking up dates as he's doing it….that's worse.

Kris Gaffney-Sure is…but I don't think Hawke gets dates…he just gets new partners to be in his movies

King-My mistake…either way

[Myke Hawke before he can hit it, Alex Shelley reaches down, and pokes Myke Hawke in the eyes. This blinds Myke Hawke for a time, he turns around, and Alex Shelley leaps in the air, and hits a quick hurricanarana that sends Myke Hawke stumbling forward, and he hits into the ropes, and falls out of the ring. Alex Shelley takes a few moments to rest up, and Myke Hawke is able to get up to his feet, and climbs back up on the apron, and Alex Shelley charges at Myke Hawke, and hits a baseball slide on Myke Hawke's feet, and Myke Hawke's base is taken out, and Myke Hawke falls off of the apron, and Myke Hawke falls into the apron face first, and Myke Hawke falls down to the mat. Myke Hawke is in pain, and Alex Shelley tags in Chris Sabin. Chris Sabin says something to Alex Shelley, and Alex Shelley agrees to whatever, and Alex Shelley whips Chris Sabin to the ropes, Chris Sabin bounces off of the ropes, and as he bounces off of the ropes. Alex Shelley hits a back body drop over the top rope that sends Chris Sabin flying over the top rope, and Chris Sabin catches Myke Hawke with a summersault suicide dive over the top rope that gets a lot of cheers from the crowd.]

JR-That was an amazing move.

King-Remind me never to agree to be used as something to throw at an opponent.

Kris Gaffney-I'm sure that won't be a problem…

[Chris Sabin grabs Myke Hawke, and throws him into the ring, and Chris Sabin climbs up to the top rope, and Chris Sabin measures up Myke Hawke leaps off of the top rope, and Myke Hawke hits a double hammer to the face of Chris Sabin. Chris Sabin goes down to the mat, and Myke Hawke falls back to the ropes trying to recover from the moves he's take thus far. Myke Hawke then is surprised with Tony Ikeda tagging in, and Myke Hawke is having a hard time leaving as the ref is trying to make him leave. Tony Ikeda side steps a charging Chris Sabin, and throws him into Myke Hawke who crashes into the outside. Chris Sabin stumbles backwards, and Tony Ikeda hits a back capture suplex that sends Chris Sabin almost into a quick flip, and Tony Ikeda says something to Firestorm. Firestorm agrees as Tony Ikeda tags in Firestorm, and Firestorm comes into the ring, and Tony Ikeda whips Chris Sabin to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. Tony Ikeda catches Chris Sabin in a full nelson, and Tony Ikeda lifts him up, and drives him down in a full nelson slam, but modified as Tony Ikeda dropped him down on Firestorm's leg so it was a slam/back breaker combination! Chris Sabin is in a lot of pain, and Tony Ikeda rolls out of the ring, and Firestorm goes into the cover on Chris Sabin 1……………………..2…………………………Alex Shelly comes flying out of no where from the top rope, and breaks up the cover!]

JR-That's not going to make anyone too happy…

King-Why do I think the point of this match is going to be clear very soon.

Kris Gaffney-Those are always helpful.

[Suddenly Firestorm comes into the ring, and hits a spear on Alex Shelley and hits a few fists to the face. Firestorm pulls up Alex Shelley, and goes for the Firestarter. He turns around right into Brandon Eastman who hits a big head butt that knocks down Firestorm. Firestorm gets up, and Brandon Eastman charges at Firestorm and knocks himself and Firestorm over the top rope. Everyone else starts to brawl around the ring, Chris Sabin gets up. Tony Ikeda slides into the ring, and hits the full nelson suplex, and gets the bridge for the 1…………..2……………3!]

JR-Tony Ikeda just snuck in a win!

King-I don't think anyone else is done..

[Myke Hawke comes into the ring, and smashes Tony Ikeda with a chair. Myke Hawke charges at Firestorm with it, but Firestorm ducks it, and hits a back body drop over the top rope, and Myke Hawke crashes through a table someone set up. Firestorm gets pulled down by Brandon Eastman, and the two start to battle, as does the rest of the remaining people upright as Shockwave goes off the air.)

(note: Probably the expected out come, but want Eastman to know he put up nice RP's.)
