EMF: Saturday Shockwave

(The EMF logo flashes on the screen, and we go into the Saturday Shockwave video.)

(We are in the arena in Washington DC as pyrotechnics blasts on the shockwave stage. The lights turn on as the fireworks end, and fans yell, and wave their signs. Some signs say “Orton here, and he’s really mad”, “CENA RAGE!”, and “Punisher fears…an extra person.)

JR-Welcome to Saturday Shockwave, we are on our way to Latino Heat. I’m good ol’ JR along side Jerry “the King” Lawler, and Kris “KG” Gaffney.

Kris Gaffney-I didn’t get smashed this week, cool!

King-Just shut your mouth, and you’ll be fine, and watch our main event Punisher vs. Degenerate.

(“Swagga Like Me” blasts on the PA system as Mike New walks to the ring along with the Godfather, he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-This week Mike New has a chance to stick it to Gambler.

Kris Gaffney-Yeah, but he also has something looming around him.

King-People are writing done do not mess with Laura…or do mess with Laura, depending on their perspective.

(“Monster” blasts on the PA system as Abyss walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-The Monster has had a lot of personally issues lately.

King-His issues are my gain.

Kris Gaffney-Or so you think…

[Mike New and Abyss pace around the ring, and they lock up Mike New hits a knee lift to the gut, or he would if Abyss didn’t catch it, and now Mike New is hoping around on his leg, and Abyss decides to throw him up, and he does a complete flip, and Mike New lands on his feet, and stumble a few steps away from Abyss, and Mike New ducks a clothesline that makes Abyss charge into the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. Mike New leaps in the air, and he hits a drop kick which surprisely takes Abyss off his feet, and Abyss gets up to his feet. Mike New hits a kick to the gut that doubles over Abyss, and Mike New runs to the ropes, and Mike New hits a kick to the side of the head which makes Abyss roll back to the ground. Abyss tries to get on his hands and knees, and Mike New is able to hit a kick to the ribs which makes him roll out of the ring, and Mike New takes a few moments to rest up, and Mike New climbs on the apron, and he waits as Abyss turns towards him, and Mike New leaps off of the apron, and he hits a lou Thez press, and he hits a few fists to the downed Abyss. Mike New grabs Abyss, and he leads him into the ring steps, and then he smashes him into the ring steps, and Abyss stumbles forward, and Mike New grabs Abyss, and throws him into the ring, and Mike New climbs up to the top rope, and once he gets up to the top rope he waits for Abyss to get up to his feet, and once he does Mike New leaps off of the top rope, and he hits a flying back elbow which knocks down Abyss. Abyss falls down to the mat, and slowly he climbs up to the second ropes, and then he charges at the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes. He leaps in the air, and Mike New comes crashing down on the back of Abyss. Abyss stumbles up to his feet, and Mike New measures up, and Mike New sets him up, and he hits an arm breaker. Abyss is in a lot of pain, and Mike New gets up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet. He falls into the corner, and Mike New hits a few fists to the face, and he tries to whip Abyss to the other side of the ring, and Abyss is able to reverse the whip. This sends Mike New crashing into the corner, and Abyss charges into the corner, but Mike New gets his feet up, and Abyss crashes into to it. Mike New pulls himself up to the second rope, and he hooks Abyss as he stumbles towards him, and Mike New drives Abyss into the mat with a tornado DDT!]

JR-Mike New is taking it to Abyss.

King-Guess he’s sending a message to the Gambler.

Kris Gaffney-I hope it’s leave me alone.

[Mike New goes into the cover on Abyss, and the ref counts the 1……………2………….KICK OUT by Abyss which sends Mike New flying out of the ring through the bottom rope, and Mike New looks around not knowing what to do next decides to get up on the apron, and waits for Abyss as he starts to formulate what he is going to do next. Abyss gets up to his feet, and once he gets up to his feet, Mike New sling shots himself up to the top rope, and he leaps off of the top rope, and he goes for a double axe handle, but Abyss is able to counter with a chop to the chin of Mike New which drops Mike New down to the mat. Abyss falls forward, and goes on to the ropes trying to rest up. Mike New is slow to get up to his feet, and Mike New charges at Abyss who tries to back body drop over the top rope, but Mike New grabs on to the top rope to try to keep himself from spilling over to the arena floor, but Abyss is able to hold on too, and Abyss is able to pull Mike New off of the ropes, and then hits a spiked standing spinebuster. Abyss is able to go down to one knee, and rest up the rest of the way, and Mike New is slow to get up to his feet. Mike New turns around, and Abyss charges at Mike New and he hits a running clothesline, Mike New gets up to his feet, and Abyss hits another clothesline that knocks down Mike New. Abyss whips Mike New off of the ropes, he comes off of the ropes. Abyss lowers his head, and hits a back body drop that sends Mike New flying through the air, and goes down crashing down on the mat. Slowly Mike New gets up to his feet, and he falls into the corner, and Abyss charges into the corner, and hits a avalaucnhe that connects on Mike New. Abyss backs out of the corner, and Mike New stumbles out of the corner. Mike New gets picked up by Abyss, and Abyss drops Mike New for a side walk slam, and he goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1……………2…………….KICK OUT by Mike New.]

JR-Mike New is in trouble here.

King-I guess he probably shouldn’t have made fun of Abyss for losing to Gambler.

Kris Gaffney-*puts a piece tape on his mouth, and mumbles because he’s trying hard not to get his ass kicked*

[Abyss calls for the Black Hole Slam, he pulls up Mike New, and he whips Mike New to the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. He comes off of the ropes as Abyss is set, Mike New out of no where hits the House of Pain! Abyss goes down, and Mike New goes into the cover on Abyss, and the ref counts the 1………2……..3!]

JR-Mike New came out of no where, and won this match.

King-Abyss didn’t see that one coming.

(“Anthem” blasts on the PA system as Ashley Massaro walks to the ring in a pink robe, she steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Now were going to see a bikini contest.

King-Kinda wrong season, but does it matter?

Kris Gaffney-No, not really…what other federation does this anymore? For various reasons.

(“Walk Idiot Walk” blasts on the PA system as Christy Hemme walks to the ring in a robe, she steps inside of the ring.)

JR-The women’s champion…is not being treated as seriously as I’m sure she’d like.

King-Ten years ago, it would have been accepted.

(Kris Gaffney is in the ring, as obviously he’s been chosen to MC this.)

Kris Gaffney-Wow, I’m actually in something I most likely won’t get my ass kicked….that’s a plus. Anyways, we have these two women who will have 30 seconds to show off their bikini, and after that the winner will be decided by you the audience. First off, Ashley.

(Ashley slowly takes off the robe, and reveals a small pink bikini. She moves around the ring, finally the buzzer goes off.)

Kris Gaffney-Nice….I mean…I love my wife! Anyways, Christy, your up.

(Christy Hemme starts to take off her robe, and she shows off her red bikini, once again she dances around the ring to the music, and the buzzer goes off..)

Kris Gaffney-….very nice, alright time to decide the winner, how many of you like Ashley!

(crowd cheers.)

Kris Gaffney-Wow…ok…but we were talking about her bikini, not actually Ashley. Anyways, what about Christy.

(crowd also cheers.)

Kris Gaffney-Ok…this is going to be a hard one…but I think the winner is…

(Suddenly from behind someone attacks Christy Hemme from behind, and before Ashley can do anything. She throws Ashley into the ring post. It’s Fyre, Fyre starts to hammer away on Christy Hemme. Fyre pulls up Christy Hemme, and hits the Fyrestarter. Fyre yells at the downed Christy Hemme as she leaves.)

JR-Well…Fyre’s a spoiled sport.

King-And were just learning this?

(“The Gambler” blasts on the PA system as the Gambler walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-The Gambler as his partner did had some choice words for New’s oppnents at Cold Day in Hell.

King-And Randy Orton is one of them, right?

Kris Gaffney-Guess so.

(“Voices” blasts on the PA system as Randy Orton slowly walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring.)

JR-Randy Orton is a very talented athlete.

King-Yeah, but he sure takes his time.

[Randy Orton and the Gambler pace around the ring, and they lock up. The Gambler hits a knee lift that doubles over Randy Orton. The Gambler hits a clubbing blow to the back this sends Randy Orton to his knee’s, and the Gambler pulls up Randy Orton up to his feet, and whips Randy Orton off of the ropes, and Randy Orton reverses the whip. The Gambler comes off of the ropes, and The Gambler is able to hit a running forearm shot to the face of Randy Orton. Randy Orton goes down to the mat, and Randy Orton is slow to get up to his feet. The Gambler backs up, and the Gambler charges and he hits a running big boot that connects with Randy Orton which stumbles him backwards, and he falls on to the apron. The Gambler measures up, and Randy Orton gets up to his feet, and the Gambler charges at Randy Orton and does something unexpected as he hits a baseball slide that sends Randy Orton falling off of the apron, and Randy Orton hits his face on the apron, and he goes down on the mat in pain holding his face. The Gambler having this match in control rolls out of the ring, and slowly stalks up on Randy Orton who is on his knee’s, and the Gambler grabs a camera cable, and starts to choke Randy Orton. The ref warns the Gambler, finally the Gambler lets go, but he clearly wasn’t in any rush to let go due to the fact this is no rules. The Gambler yells at the ref, and the crowd as Randy Orton tries to get up to his feet, and the Gambler hits a kick to the ribs, Randy Orton rolls always in pain. Randy Orton tries to get up, and he turns right into the Gambler who picks up Randy Orton, and holds him above his head into a military press, and the Gambler throws him into the hard steel ramp, and he crashes into the ramp, and the Gambler waits as Randy Orton gets up to his feet, and The Gambler sets up Randy Orton, and he hits a belly to belly over head suplex that sends Randy Orton back to ring side, and Randy Orton hits hard into the ring mat, and the Gambler picks up Randy Orton, and he throws Randy Orton into the ring, and the Gambler rolls into the ring, and Randy Orton is slowly getting up, and he is really dazed, and the Gambler picks up Randy Orton over his shoulder, and he lifts him up, and goes into the corner, and he charges, and the Gambler hits a running power slam on Randy Orton. The Gambler goes into the cover on Randy Orton from this move, and the ref counts the 1…………………………………….2………………………KICK OUT by Randy Orton, the Gambler looks at the ref, but doesn’t argue or go after Randy Orton as clearly he’s too focused on this opponent to care to mess with the ref right now.]

JR-Randy Orton just barely got his shoulder up there.

King-He’s going to have to think of something to get this match into his control.

Kris Gaffney-Punch him in the eye!

[The Gambler waits as Randy Orton slowly gets up to his feet, and once he does, the Gambler sets up Randy Orton, and he hits one belly to back suplex, rolls up, and hits another, rolls up, and goes for another. But Randy Orton is able to roll out of the back, and Randy Orton hits a hanging neck breaker on the Gambler, and Randy Orton knowing that he needs to get away from the Gambler, and rest up, he roll out of the ring. The Gambler soon rest up, and he climbs up to his feet, and looks around, and he see’s Randy Orton getting up on the outside. So the Gambler goes over to where Randy Orton is, and he tries to bring Randy Orton up. But Randy Orton turns around, and he hits a the Gambler the face with a steel chair, Randy Orton puts down the chair, and he climbs up to the apron, and up to the top rope. Randy Orton waits for the Gambler to get up who is really dazed, and slowly he gets up to his feet. Randy Orton leaps off of the top rope, and hits a flying cross body block. Randy Orton rolls off, and doesn’t attempt to make the cover as he’s going to use this time to possibly recover from the moves he’s taken thus far. This is enough for the Gambler to get up to his feet, but Randy Orton cuts this off with a running clothesline that knocks down the Gambler, the Gambler gets up to his feet, and Randy Orton hits another clothesline, Randy Orton hits a European upper cut that stuns the Gambler, and Randy Orton whips the Gambler off of the ropes, and he bounces off of the ropes. The Gambler ducks a clothesline by Randy Orton, the Gambler bounces off of the ropes, and Randy Orton is able to catch the Gambler with a scoop power slam, and Randy Orton goes into the cover, and the ref counts the 1……………..2……………..KICK OUT by the Gambler, and Randy Orton takes a few moments to rest up, and the Gambler waits as Randy Orton gets up to his feet. Once he does, Randy Orton hits a few fists to the face of the Gambler, and Randy Orton tries to whip the Gambler off of the ropes, but it’s reversed. Randy Orton bounces off of the ropes, and the Gambler goes for clothesline. Randy Orton counters with a 3.0 inverted back breaker on the Gambler.]

JR-Randy Orton now has this match in control.

King-Well he’s going to have to put it away, beating the Gambler has proven to be no easy task.

[Randy Orton waits as the Gambler gets up to his feet, and he goes for the RKO, but it’s blocked, and the Gambler hits one belly to belly suplex, gets up, and hits another one, and gets up, and hits another one, and finally hits another one. The Gambler gets up and smiles as he has this match in hand. The Gambler puts Randy Orton up on the second rope seemly out of it, and he climbs up to where Randy Orton is, and he sets Randy Orton for the Royal Flush, but Randy Orton hits a low blow. Gambler is pain, Randy Orton slides out of the corner, and power bombs Gambler into a stacked pin, and the ref goes down for the count, even though he doesn’t have to do this, so the ref doesn’t see. Randy Orton puts his feet on the ropes to stop the Gambler kicking out as the ref counts the 1…………..2……………3!]

JR-I know this is a hardcore match, but that was just dirty.

King-Whatever works JR, Cheat at all costs.

Kris Gaffney-Well…*puts a piece of tape to stop himself from saying anything stupid, and he now sounds like Kenny from South Park*

(As the ring is cleared with the competitors, then suddenly.)

*GONG*

(The lights turn off, but this time there is no one in the ring, the camera keeps focusing on the ring expecting something to happen. But finally a light shines through the darkness, it’s the EMF tron that has a shot of the backstage area as a camera man walks through the backstage area, and to an open door. The door of President Mike, the camera follows in to see the room in ruins as most everything with it has been destroyed. The camera searches around, and it see’s Prez Mike, who was in the room the entire time, but couldn’t be noticed before, because he’s clearly extremely angry. The camera turns towards Prez Mike’s desk, and notices one thing…a box, it zooms in on the box. And seemly Prez Mike who was too busy looking over the damage notice it too. Prez Mike goes up to the box, and checks it. The camera man gets close, suddenly Prez Mike goes up to the camera man.)

.::Prez Mike::.-What the hell you doing!? Get the hell out of here!

(The camera man leaves the room, and the door is slammed shut.)

.::Camera Man::.-Geez….

(We fade to commercial with that, and come back)

(“Capital Punishment” blasts on the PA system as the Punisher walks to the ring, and he steps inside of the ring. Some of the crowd chants Rocky.)

JR-It’s good to see the Punisher, but he is jumping right into the fire.

King-Well, this is the best way to shake off the rust.

Kris Gaffney-Well, can’t fault a guy who knows he’s good. Which makes me wonder why I have such a feud with Gambler…huh…

(“Degenerate’s theme” blasts on the PA system as Degenerate walks to the ring.)

JR-Degenerate has been waiting a long time to be a world champion once again.

King-But he will have a long road to silence the doubters.

Kris Gaffney-Like Edge….if you don’t have him with you, you don’t have anyone.

[Punisher and Degenerate face off in the middle of the ring, they talk trash, and the Punisher throws a fist to the face of Degenerate, but Degenerate ducks under. And Degenerate runs to the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes, and the Punisher goes for a clothesline, but it’s countered right into a arm breaker. The Punisher goes down to the mat in pain, and Degenerate hits a few stomps on the downed Punisher. Punisher gets up to his feet, and Degenerate mocks him, and the Punisher throws a fist to the face of Degenerate, but Degenerate is able to duck it, and Degenerate sets up the Punisher, and he hits an atomic drop that connects. Degenerate watches as the Punisher falls out of the ring, and once he is on the mat, Degenerate measures up as the Punisher goes near the apron. The Punisher is dazed enough for Degenerate to charge at the Punisher, and Degenerate hits a baseball slide that sends the Punisher stumbling backwards, and he hits his back on the guard rail. The Punisher goes down to one knee, and the Punisher is slow to get up to his feet. But once he does, Degenerate sets up, and he sling shots himself over the top rope, and connects with a cross body block that sends the Punisher down on the mat, and Degenerate hits a few fists to the face of the Punisher. Degenerate pulls up the Punisher, and he charges at the ring steps, and he throws him into the ring steps. He crashes into the ring steps shoulder first, and the Punisher is in a lot of pain. Degenerate pulls the Punisher up to his feet, and once he’s up to his feeet, Degenerate throws him into the ring. The Punisher rolls into the middle of the ring, and Degenerate climbs up to the apron, and he waits for the Punisher to get up to his feet. Once he gets up to his feet, the Punisher turns towards Degenerate, and Degenerate leaps off of the top rope, and connects with the cross body block, and Punisher rolls through, and gets up to his feet with Degenerate in his hands, and the Punisher puts Degenerate on his shoulders, and Degenerate slides out of the back of Punisher, and Degenerate sets up the Punisher, and drops him for a reverse DDT that plants the Punisher down on the mat, and Degenerate goes into the cover on the Punisher, and the ref counts the 1…………..2…………..KICK OUT by the Punisher. Degenerate looks at the ref, but then he decides to put arm bar on the Punisher.]

JR-The world champion Degenerate is taking it to Punisher.

King-You got to remember Punisher has been out of the game for a long time.

Kris Gaffney-Guess you can only truly be ready by testing yourself against the best.

[The Punisher slowly gets up to his feet, and once he does he backs Degenerate up, and Degenerate ends up in the corner, the Punisher is told to let Degenerate out of the corner. The Punisher slowly backs away, but then suddenly he hits a knee lift that stuns Degenerate, and the Punisher follows it up with a fist to the face, and this stuns Degenerate. The Punisher sets up Degenerate, and hits a elbow into the corner, and the Punisher sets up Degenerate, and he hits a big hip toss out of the corner, and Degenerate fly’s through the air, and comes crashing down on the mat, and slowly Degenerate gets up to his feet. Degenerate turns around, and the Punisher hits a running clothesline that knocks down Degenerate, Degenerate gets up to his feet. Degenerate is stunned, and the Punisher hits a few fists to the face of Degenerate, and Degenerate falls backwards. He whips Degenerate off of the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes. The Punisher lowers his head, and then Degenerate goes through the air, and crashing back first into the mat, and Degenerate is slow to get up to his feet, and he stumbles right into the Punisher who sets up Degenerate, and Punisher hits a T-Bone suplex that sends Degenerate on the mat. The Punisher watches as Degenerate gets up to his feet, and once he gets up in the corner. The Punisher charges at the corner, and The Punisher hits a running clothesline in connects in the corner. The Punisher backs out of the corner, and Degenerate stumbles out of the corner, and the Punisher picks up Degenerate, and drops him for the side walk slam. The Punisher runs to the ropes, and he comes off of the ropes, and leaps in the air, and he hits a splash on Degenerate. The Punisher hooks the leg, and the ref counts the 1………….2……………KICK OUT by Degenerate.]

JR-The Punisher has control of this match.

King-If he were to beat Degenerate, forget the IC championship, he could be the world champion.

Kris Gaffney-If that’s what he wants of course.

[Punisher pulls up Degenerate, and throws him into the corner, and the Punisher hits a few fists to the gut, and Punisher tries to whip Degenerate to the corner, but Degenerate is able to reverse it, the Punisher puts the breaks on, and pulls Degenerate into the corner, and the ref gets sandwiched into the corner as he was trying to get out of the way. The ref falls out cold. Degenerate stumbles towards Punisher, and the Punisher picks up Degenerate up for Capital Punishment, but the Punisher is able to slide out of the back. Degenerate charges at Punisher, and Degenerate bounces off of the ropes, and both wrestlers are down on the mat. “IF YOU SMELL” blasts on the PA system as the Rock runs down to the ring with a chair, he slides into the ring as Punisher is getting up being the lesser hurt than the Punisher, and the Rock hits the Punisher with a chair shot. The Punisher falls backwards as the Rock throws the chair outside, and he sets up talking trash as Punisher comes towards him, and the Rock hits the Rock Bottom, and the Rock rolls out of the ring, and Degenerate seemly not knowing what went on goes into the cover on the Punisher. The ref is coming around and is making his way over to make the cover on Punisher, and counts the 1……………2…………..3!]

JR-Degenerate won this match with help from the Rock.

King-I doubt he did it for Degenerate JR.

(The camera zooms in the Rock on the stage who does the “Just Bring It” hand signal as Shockwave goes to commercial, and comes back.)

(The action fades back into the EMF arena when “Dirty Window” blasts out of the tannoy system and the crowd go crazy. At the top of the ramp “The X-Factor” Dan Godwin in his usual jeans and “X-Factor” T-Shirt appears at the top of the ramp with a smile on his face as he starts to walk towards the ring.)

J.R – Dan Godwin is back on Shockwave for the second week running.

King – This hasn’t happened in nearly five years.

Kris – Isn’t this a sign of the apocalypse?

King – Nah probably just needs to sell some merchandise before Christmas.

(Godwin high fives members of the crowd and then makes his way into the ring soaking up the applause and grabs a microphone and waits for the crowd to quieten down.)

Godwin – It’s good to be back home.

(This elicits a large cheer from the crowd and once again he waits for them to settle down.)

Godwin – Now a lot has happened since you last saw me but you’ll find that out in time I’m sure, that is if you haven’t followed the dirt sheets on the Internet but let me just start off by laying my cards on the table and explaining why I left in the first place.

(This draws a boo from the crowd but he continues)

Godwin – Leading into my last match against MxMxPunk I received some news regarding an ongoing injury that I had been dealing with in the months previous and was told that I had to get it sorted or I could wind up in a wheelchair and it would be unlikely I could ever compete again, so I took the hardest decision I have ever had to make a decision to try and beat Punk and then the following Shockwave announce my retirement in the ring. However, Punk beat me fair and square and took the title from me, this led me to search my soul and talk things over with my friends and decided that I couldn’t bow out on a defeat. So I swore to work hard and train to come back, a return I could have made nearly three months ago but while I was at home I started to look back on what I had became, what I had turned into in my final months of my EMF career and I realised I hated everything I had became, I was the very thing I had fought so hard to stop and my desire to return, to stand in front of you all and give this speech had disappeared, so for that I am truly sorry.

(Godwin takes a moment to collect his thoughts as the crowd cheers again.)

Godwin – However, I sat at home watching the EMF and it made me sad, this wasn’t the great company I debuted with, this was a company that got by on previous success rather than attempting to be the best, it made me weep, there was however one man who was striving for success a man I know all too well, a certain Mister Tazte.

(The crowd boo the mention of his name)

Godwin – Now hang on, I listened to his “pipe bomb” and every word he said in that was the truth, when I debuted I had to earn every single thing I got, I wasn’t given anything and I proved myself to the guys in the back, the management, to each and every single one of you, John Cena hated me and I hated him but I forced him to book me in title matches, I forced my way in the door, so when he says he hates the new generation who want everything handed out, I totally agree with Tazte, it’s a similar thing I went through when I was debating returning, see where once I had competed with Ken Kennedy, Tyson Tomko, MxMxPunk, Angelus Archer, Chad Vargas, The Punisher there was now Mick Newbury, Daniel Bryan, Tony Ikeda, Degenerate. So I elected to stay away and let the new generation attempt to prove themselves as worthy, if the EMF died then the EMF died and it could be remembered for the great federation it once was, I wasn’t about to return to save it and prop it up, you all deserved better than that.

(The crowd give out a mixed response.)

Godwin – But while I was sat at home watching, something happened, Scott Tazte started poking the bear, started trying to awake the sleeping giant, probably accidentally, he was telling the world that he retired me, that he had gotten rid of me and well, I couldn’t sit back and take it, that’s now who I was and it’s not who I am. So the beast reawaken, I spoke things over with Christine mostly who supported my decision and I booked the flights, I made contact with the EMF and I came back to show the world that Scott Tazte is a whining gas bag who clings to any modicum of success he can get to try and enhance his reputation, something that this man wasn’t prepared to let him have off my name, so Scotty, congratulations you awoke the beast but you brought about your own end in the process. So, Scotty, I have been requested to not say anything on your current contract negotiations, but whatever happens, wherever you end up, I am stood right here in this ring, right here, right now issuing you a challenge, any match, any stipulation, any time, any place, any federation, you name the time and place and I’ll be there to kick your teeth down your throat, you brought this on yourself.

(The crowd cheer loudly as Godwin smiles and laughs.)

Godwin – I will make a confession though, I am like Scotty, not signed to the EMF, I am working on good will and because I want to be here, I have proven myself and I have no need for a contract, I wanted the freedom to do as I pleased around here and not be tied down by corporate demands and press conferences but I am not planning to leave once I have dealt with Scotty, see I am not just back for Scotty, see I decided when I returned that if I was to return I was going to do it in style, I was going to do what I had always done and own every single area of this ring, I don’t believe in doing something if you can’t be the very best at something so I have three goals in this federation, goal number one, teach Scott Tazte a lesson, goal number two, once again become the EMF World Heavyweight Champion.

(The crowd let out a large cheer as Godwin announces he wants the championship back which Godwin smiles)

Godwin – That title has been off my shoulders for too long carried around by people with half my talent so it’s about time it came back to a proper champion, that could be achieved sooner if Tazte wins the match tonight, so Scotty best of luck buddy, I’ll be watching, I believe in you.

(Godwin puts up a thumb towards the camera and smiles before continuing.)

Godwin – And finally goal number three, The World Tag Team Championship, I am sick and tired of watching Tony Ikeda do what he does best and skate by on success that he hasn’t earnt and carry around tag titles and close in on my record reign without defending them in nearly a year so Tony, you are being put on notice, once I find a tag team partner who can just stand on the apron and let me do all the work, well you had better believe, your tag title reign is finished, trust me Tony, it won’t take me long, nw this announcement is out I expect to have my phone ringing off it’s hook, my door plastered with requests over people wanting to skate by on my talent, hell I half expect a request from you, I will regain what is rightfully mine and I will once again walk these halls as a double champion and once again make both titles mean something. Because Scotty may have reawaken the beast and brought me back but I don’t settle for second best, I am here to be the best, so you are all being put on notice, once again the EMF is about to be X-Rated.

(Godwin drops the microphone and leaves as the crowd let out a cheer, he walks around the ring high fiving members of the crowd and walks up to the top of the ramp and turns towards the crowd just as out walks Scott Tazte who blindsides Dan Godwin. Godwin hits the ramp hard as Scott Tazte raises his right arm and points to himself as we can hear him say 'See you at Latino Heat Danny'. Shockwave goes off the air with Tazte being booed standing over the downed Dan Godwin.)
